- I sent 16 messages over the past 2 months, on the same support ticket stating various forms of "where is my money??"
- 60+ Days Later... I have not even received a simple RESPONSE let alone my DE FACTO STOLEN Doge.

teamcryptonator has been active on the forum several times the last days. Still they haven't replied to this topic or the messages I sent them. Just as they never replied to any messages on their Facebook page where several people complained about the same thing I have experienced with them, or any of the dozens of messages to their support address.
They could probably still recitify the situation, but they choose to leave their customers in the cold.
If the transaction is still pending, does anyone know if it is possible to find out where the funds went? There is no blockchain transaction and I don't know what the address of the wallet was when I tried to withdraw my funds.

My 2 step auth would not transfer to new phone, same number, cryptonator will not change account to sms message to allow access. Have sent tickets to support@cryptonator at least 50, and have contacted [email protected] with no reply at all.
They're are a bunch of SCAMMERS, my 0.31 ZEC is gone, it's been 36 days since I transferred it from Binance, 3 times emailed the support but no answer even a simple Hi or Hello...

I had the same problem. Thank God we only tested the online wallet at Cryptonator with a tiny amount of LiteCoin. Anyway 2 days later and it still hasn't arrived. I already left a negative review on TrustPilot for their site and noticed that 95% of the reviews and google searches about Cryptonator are negative. This site is definitely a scam, DO NOT USE IT!

I've been waiting over 2 weeks for my 750 DOGE coins to post to my cryptonator account. The wallet I sent them from shows they were received, and if you look at the block chain explorer, you can see that the status is "Not Redeemed".
To make matters worst, I attempted to move 80 XRP off the site to sell on an exchange before the price dropped, they have been stuck on "pending" and the price has now dropped by almost 50%.
There is absolutely no support from this site, and my coins are just stuck.
