Yes, you are right, I made investigation. You have to have Korean phone at least to be registered. But still, market is not completely isolated and whose who have accounts should eliminate diff.

Yes, but the East Asian exchanges in South Korea and Japan in particular are comparatively closed off to outsiders. In addition, few from these countries trade on other international exchanges. This promotes such high price jumps that can be observed again and again on those exchanges.

I tried installing the waves keeper but it looks very different from the waves client that I use to have. Are we jsut suppose to keep the waves there and does nothing?

The last time I know waves client in the chrome was that there is a platform where we can trade and there is a DEX on it. How come there is not there anymore?

How can I get a waves client this time?
Hello. Waves Keeper is just a browser extension which was created to sign outgoing transactions which were initiated by using the main Client being an additional layer of security. For example, when you want to transfer 1 $WAVES, you will be asked to sign this transfer manually via this extension.
As was correctly mentioned by the user above, you can get acquainted with Waves Keeper here https://docs.wavesplatform.com/en/waves-client/account-management/waves-keeper.html

WavesKeeper is really different from Waves client. If you want to know more about it, check out this documentation:
https://docs.wavesplatform.com/en/waves-client/account-management/waves-keeper.html

You have 2 options to access your wallet and dex (or should I say 3):
1. Waves online client - visit https://client.wavesplatform.com/
2. Desktop or Mobile client - just go directly in their download page using your device https://wavesplatform.com/products-wallet

That’s a very strange that a single exchange shows that much difference in price from others. Should not happen in a normal market conditions. Does it have wallet open?

This is not so unusual for exchanges that only allow certain people (mostly geographically determined). As far as I know it was also a South Korean (or Japanese) exchange where the price in 2017 was the only one to rise above $20000. Exactly for the first mentioned reasons.

https://blog.wavesplatform.com/vostok-token-airdrop-to-be-extended-1981fd5520aa

if it is normal to boost active accounts, conversely all must be clear as soon as possible, as we are already april 9th..

until now the overall reaction has been negative..

Waves is gradually becoming one of the fastest raising platforms in the crypto ecosystem used by developers to build their platforms on.  I wished this project could enforce more on their aims and missions in their whitepaper to help further progress of the waves platform.

Have you noticed what happened with Waves price on bithumb?

We had a massive pump over +100% and dump then, but the price is still about 30% higher than on other exchanges..
Could this be a sign of bullish breakout for Waves?

Have Waves any important events expected soon?

BTW you should change OP graphic because some of exchanges listed there seems to be not longer operating

https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/waves/#markets

2    Bithumb Bithumb    WAVES/KRW    ** $4.580.583    $4,57    18,18%    Spot    Unknown    Recently

waves is traded at ~4,6USD with a very good volume at the second place!

I think the other exchanges will follow very soon!
just look at the weekly btc/waves chart , it's totally oversold, the start of a new uptrend is imminent imo.
I think we will see 9USD per waves coin in the next few weeks.

I have a question about classical waves client.
is it something like a browser extension, who works independantly of the browser, or conversely an unit completely independant from any browser?
Hello. Desktop Client isn't a browser extension eg. like Waves Keeper which can be installed here https://wavesplatform.com/products-keeper but a completely separated and independent Client which can be accessed without need of any browsers.
Btw, bear in mind that you can install a Desktop Client for your OS and get access into Online Client via the following link https://wavesplatform.com/products-exchange

Kind regards,

Great news! The Vostok token (VST) airdrop will be extended, with an additional 10 million tokens available to WAVES and WCT holders over April and May!

The airdrop itself will take place directly after the new snapshot period is over, with one airdrop distributing tokens for both phases. Soon after this the VST token will be available for trading.

Read more about Vostok Airdrop here: https://blog.wavesplatform.com/vostok-token-airdrop-to-be-extended-1981fd5520aa
Hello! Thank you very much! This is great news for the whole community.
Now the question. What functions will this token perform and where?

Hello Ukraine2020! Vostok utility tokens are used for validating transactions on the blockchain. To use Vostok blockchain for projects, you will need to have a required balance of tokens, depending on throughput, expected number of transactions etc. You can find more information about Vostok project by using this site - https://vostok.io/

Sincerely, Waves Community Manager

Hello, Waves Community Manager! Thanks for the answer.
Yes, I know it. But then what is the difference from Waves blockchain?
How do I understand - the difference in the areas where it will be used?

Hello! Thank you for your question.
Waves blockchain is an open source with the main idea of mass adoption. Vostok blockchain is based on the same algorithm as Waves (https://docs.wavesplatform.com/en/waves-environment/waves-protocol/fair-pos.html) but available for a limited group of users, designed for providing blockchain services to a corporate and governmental segment.

Best wishes,
Waves Community manager.
