That is great news. Another project I see with huge potential is RewardMOB - now that they have moved to Malta we will soon see great things coming out of this project.
They already have a working product that is used by thousands, worldwide for mobile game tournaments! Of course, running on the Waves Platform - for similar reasons to HOLDVEST.
I think personally, Every crypto will increase this month. Waves have a good chance to beat the market. And many low-quality projects tend to be interested in this platform, which is great. This prevents a really good project from which to choose.

Ethereum has smart contracts but waves is implementig them ad it's faster and easier to use. the platform of waves is easy to use and its very easy to create own token for cheap. those two is big advantages in waves.

It's still a testet, and not released an atomic swap. At the moment, few of the projects can boast of a ready-made platform. I think the price will be above 50$
Upon mainnet I think that's fair, could be a few months before that happens though. I'm waiting to buy currently, I think most others traders are watching Waves for now and expecting a huge bull run like a year ago.

when will smart contracts be ready? I had waves for a long time, but a few months ago I got tired of waiting and I got out of them
Smart contracts are activated on the testnet now, the release in mainnet is awaited in July. I fully agree with you. All valid points that you list. There is no hype to drive the prices up. Price increase will be gradual over time as more organizations adopt the platform and roll out tokens. It is a longer term project in my view. What would be great though to add to the list are Ledger Nano S support and integration with a Bitcoin ATM.
Yes, just add on your list that Waves has an actual working platform, which most of the top cmc cyptos don't have yet. Most of these are still on testnet, or have a very limited usable platform. Also, based on dev updates on github in past 12 months, Waves is on 8th place of all cryptos.

This means that dev team is very active
I also saw today that Waves is going to provide a compliant solution for security tokens issuing and trading. I think this will be great because with the SEC focus on securities a lot of coins/tokens will be classified as securities. The platform will become an option to do those type of things in a compliant manner.

The DEX development is going slowly, the smart contracts are limited and on testnet only. I am disappointed with the development. 
DEX is getting little by little. Smart contract will be on mainnet when it is ready. And things are not limited with those.
The volume of DEX is now lower than it was back in July last year. Other DEX platforms like BitShares, IDEX, Lykke, OpenLedger, ForkDelta have a higher volume these days...
DEx is guess is the next that they should be developing thoroughly. If they will release a token just like the what others are doing, it may start to pick up more traders and volume as well.
DEX development going slowly it's a flase statement, do you remember how it looked like last year? Now it's in a good position I think.
About volume, let's wait for smart contracts, when devs will start develop dapps on top of waves (which means that waves' tokens will be more then numbers), volume will skyrocket. Because let's be honest, idex and forkelta volume are high just because of ERC20, or otherwise they suck big time

I believe in this project because WAVES has better technology than many coins at a fraction of the price. As soon as they got support for smart contracts and many new projects will not keep you waiting.
What's the sense to still using ETH when we have waves? Also waves CEO is not in a bad relationship with Russia's president Putin.
I have always seen Waves as Russian ETH, don't ask me why.. But now I'm starting to see eth as a bad version on waves.
