I am testing a voting variant by dividing WCT stacks into 15k on each account to determine if this will validate votes on tokenrating.
If this works, as we will find in 24 hours, it is evident that highest and lowest voting balance is excluded from weighting.
If this does not work, I propose that we hit them where it hurts, by informing all major exchanges of waves such as Binance staff of this WCT securities fraud.
If I did this with Marquise $Museum, tell people to buy my token and get this art, and not deliver it, this people will report me for securities fraud.

In part 2 of the coding guide for beginners, Chistophe Verdot provided comprehensive instructions on establishing a user page of the COVID-19 tracker. Further developments will focus on creating an admin panel for data management in the app.

I think it should be quite clear that bitcointalk is no longer the main means of communication for the bigger alt coins. It used to be 4 years ago, but since then, most moved to their own platforms.
