No.
If anything, quite the opposite, at least short term. If you take a look at coinmarketcap, you'll see a lot of red there, and when you look at the top, it'll tell you that 84.7% of all monetary value in crypto is in BTC. That number was around 80% before the attack. This is significant, because it indicates that people go to the "safe haven" BTC, rather than investing in other Altcoins. People are scared at the moment.
Long term, this can be an opportunity for the crypto scena as a whole to prove that they are able to adapt and to deal with failures. It can be, however, also be an opportunity to prove the opposite.
