may be to pay for the other engineers working on the platform?This? It says 2961 BTC moving out of the escrow address.

may be to pay for the other engineers working on the platform? It's completely unfair that some have gotten their distribution and others haven't.
On the other hand, one can also be glad that the WAVES aren't lost in space. There's so many people that messed up the client themselves and had their WAVES token either reverted back to the ICO address or got locked out of the wallet altogether because they didn't remember the SEED.
Those WAVES token will come eventually. More importantly is to ensure that everyone, whether a large amount of small have access to their tokens and are secured in their wallets. Once the the ICO tokens are all transferred, it's really the user's responsibility for their own tokens. But i think for now, the WAVES team are working hard to minimize any foreseeable human errors.
