Yes current lite wallet is able to transfer coins back and forth
They're working with specific exchanges so I think not 'everyone' has them. Bittrex actually is a useless exchange, don't know why people care about it.

i will not sell any waves before the end off the year , many anouncements will follow and price will getting higher every anouncement , so i don't take the risk to sell /buy on high/low price.
