Mainnet is still in test phase. Exchanges are given full nodes only on or after June 14th. Thinking about exchanges can be done after this. As WAVES has a great community, Poloniex would not miss the chance to list. Meanwhile, you can do a coin request to polo like others are doing.

Thank you for the info , a friend told me about the WAVES project and i didnt participate at ICO .... that is why i want to know ... maybe i will invest some BTC after i find the WAVES on a trusted exchange .

You can grab some WAVES or post your offers there if you want.

All we need is some good trades from reputable people and a solid escrow to set the price.

Yes and you got a genuine answer. You were too late. If you invested more than me then you already have a tonne of Waves so why does it matter so much?
