So WAVES is not dwindling as fast as I thought it would... Not sure whether that's good (bigger stake) or bad (less interest). 
From what I've seen, the best pattern all told is huge interest at the beginning, followed by a long dwindle, followed by a last-minute FOMO pile in. The last shows interest that'll likely carry over into pre-list trading once the ICO is over. I admit that this shema is pretty vague, but it does give with successful ICOs like Lisk.

Bonuses are being added on the fly. When you were depositing for example 1 BTC through the first 24 hours of the ICO , your Waves balance was calculated as if you were depositing 1.2 BTC up to the last seconds of the first 24 hours. Now when someone is depositing 1 BTC, his Waves balance will be calculated as if he was depositing 1.1 BTC until the last of April. All Waves balances will be changing in your accounts up to the last day of the ICO while new investors are coming. We are all the time in one big pool.

For safekeeping of the funds Waves is using Coinbase Vault with 2of3 multisignature solution. The raised funds will be sent every 15 minutes with a script to the following BTC address. This should happen pretty soon. The majority of funds (3470 BTC out of 3500 BTC that were raised) are already on the deposit address of the vault.

I will suggest to set up some deadline for social media bounties like twitter,facebook and news letter.That is not fair enough as some people will follow the development and support it for long time to be rewarded same if someone joins in the end or middle.As of signature campaign it is very good to keep continue like this.This has mechanism but there is problem with social media bounties.
I agree not fair for the people joined earler. The signature campaign bounty should end before the ICO. Because people will be spamming to make the 50 posts requirement.

Not a bad idea to deadline the bounties. At least social media and newsletter bounties... Perhaps end of april deadline or something like that. I dont think the bounties should run as long as the ICO.
