How can the "altcoin exchange, USD/EUR conversion" be legal if its not monitored?
USD/EUR part will require you identify yourself as WAVES intend to be fully compliant with local laws and such, just like coinbase. So it will be legal. Altcoin conversions will not require identification.

You know Yahoo did all the fancy search stuff before google. They are addressing the "no one is actually going to use" part.

When is the deadline for participants to sign up for the campaign? The later people are accepted, the more spam posts they'll be in order to meet the 50 posts.
