so it goes like that now:

Legendary/Hero : 2 Stakes
Sr./Full : 1.5 stakes
Member: 1 Stake

That means that Legendary member receives twice as much tokens as simple member etc.

No discounts for anyone! The ICO starts on April, 12. No sells before that date.
All transactions will be made public (preserving the buyer privacy of course) and put on ETH blockchain

I will double check this with the team.
However, it is worth noting that this has been out out of context. This post has been posted on the 5th of March. Back then, we were going to adopt a fixed price method for the ICO, and some coins were going to be sold in an early private round, which is no longer the case as any private discounts could lead to an imbalance in the variable system we will be using.

It makes little sense there are bonus on all dates.

Maybe something like this would be better:

First ICO day bonus. Users who buy WAVES tokens on April,12 receive a bonus of 15%
- Users participating in the campaign before the end of April (April, 13 - April, 30) receive 5% bonus.
- May, 1 - May, 15 buys receive 0% bonus

or

First ICO day bonus. Users who buy WAVES tokens on April,12 receive a bonus of 20%
- Users participating in the campaign before the end of April (April, 13 - April, 30) receive 10% bonus.
- May, 1 - May, 15 buys receive 0% bonus
