secondly there isn't any interest banning btc/other crypto technologies in russia.

I think Waves is a great project. But I would feel a lot better if they moved the organisation to
Suisse. Whatever you may think about Ether/Buterin it was a smart move by him to set up the foundation

Waves NG it's a big big big step forward for the wavers hehe , I've been with waves since the very 1st day and I'm still keeping some coins on the wallet but to see that NG has been realeased for the testnet it's a great great day for me.

Waves NG it's a big big big step forward for the wavers hehe , I've been with waves since the very 1st day and I'm still keeping some coins on the wallet but to see that NG has been realeased for the testnet it's a great great day for me.

Node release 0.8, which includes NG, is still not available. I hope, they will it release at least today.

No you do not missed anything : announcement for NG release was made in such terms that everybody thought it was the official release.
Now they realized it is just the testnet, that they have been maybe abused so they sell, add to this the fact that maybe Bitcoin is back in china, the future fork. Grin

Big problems right now is
-bitcoin civil war
-difficulty to create an efficient buzz in this situation

Just buy more and wait
