You're just kidding. The waves aren't as famous as DASH! The wave series has a very low volume of tokens, with few items on it. 99% of the projects are on the ETH project, because it is convenient and fast!

You see waves has actually really big problems to be accepted by the mass. I know the technically details of waves coin, and yes it has a lot of benefits to ethereum. But you also know, that is always very difficult to bring the people to the new stuff if theres been familliar with something different. So the most people are very familiar with ethereum and are afraid to change their mind. But i think in future waves could be ery dangerous for ethereum.

No. Since ethereum is widely used in funding ICOs and ethereum is a platform used to store ERC20 tokens. No hate about the WAVES but Ethereum is much older and popular. WAVES has a potential to grow just like other altcoins around but comparing it to Ethereum is like a punch to the moon.

That's a very big myth if you believe on the rumors that waves will kill ethereum because as what said here many ICO's were doing great projects. So there's no reason that eth will be overpowered by waves platform, however waves has the potential to grow but I don't think its more like what eth has gone through this years. Many traders or group of investors spreading fud and fake news but it doesn't matter, and the important is we knew our limitations most of the time.

Fluctuations will repel the crypto money market at certain times as a fact. Ethereum is part of this process with the least damage. It started to recover from the previous level. I do not think there's anything to worry about Ethereum.
You're right . and the waves of price will put ethereum up thanks to the new investors. This is good and I do not think it will kill Ethereum. And the traders of the day support this.

It is very sad but waves loosing their popularity. Forget when I saw ICO on waves last time. IMHO Neo will become second platform for ICO in the nearest future and will be able to compete with eth.

Yes, the waves have their pros, but this does not mean that the etherium has weak positions. Vitalik still has many interesting thoughts that he will implement in his project.

I don't think so but waves will challenge ethereum with its own smart contracts. this adds waves to a growing list of platforms that are seeking Ethereum's domain in the smart contracts industry. but i think  ETH will still be first.

Waves  features:

---Fast  transactions

---- no touring complete  smart contracts (safer than a  touring  complete  smart contract)

----- DEX  ( not  a  goode  interface tought)

----  tokens creation

-----   Ico  creation

WIill   waves   have  the  same  boom  that  ethereum had   last  year (2016) or not?

Will it kill Ethereum?

I hope so, since I really like Waves. Its DEX is the best one among decentralized exchange although it has few coins. You forgot leasing tab too.

But I think Waves team lacks marketing skills. If they improve in this area, I think Waves could become one of the CoinMarketCap top 5.

waves have good potential, I think if killing ethereum seems impossible, because ethereum is now still one of the potential coins and supports many ico while waves only support some ico. but potential waves are good for the future.
I like your opinion, waves also have a good potential as an investment asset as well as with ethereum, but for the price issue it will be above ethereum it seems like a very unlikely thing. because the price between the two is very far away, such as the price comparison of ethereum with bitcoin

this is really ridiculous, Waves can never be able to kill ETH even in the future, you know, volume of Waves everyday is very little compared with it used to be, because Waves ICOs are scamed very much, most ICOs from Waves platform are scams due to waves are too weak in security protocols. so investors have lost hope on Waves and invest in ETH instead,  ETH is evolving everyday to adapt with new world, so i believe ETH will be the winner in this competition.
I have same opinion in this regard. There is no doubt that waves is a very potential coin. It has kept itself in the top coins from the start but it cannot defeat the altcoin king or you can say that there are altcoins that have much more potential than waves in this regard. Ethereum is not as much volatiles as it should be but still, it is highly supported and trusted by investors from all around the world.

No. waves still lose in terms of enthusiasts and also their platform is still inferior to ethereum. the most successful projeck average is the ethereum platform. I rarely see projecks using platform waves that can be a huge success

wave has a very platform but in my opinion ethereum has gain more ground than the wave platform. Ethereum is much more popular than wave that i don't think wave will kill ethereum the soonest possible time.

There are better projects coming I think. If any coin will replace ETH I don't think it will be waves

It's a really funny title. I am very curious about the fact that the friend who opened this subject bought it Waves himself.

I don't think so because waves is just a token creation platform. It is not a fully functional advanced smart contract platform like Ethereum which is also more popular and reliable solution for fund raising.

I do not believe in that. I think that the opportunities and prospects of WAVES are too overrated. This coin is much weaker than ETH.

I don't like waves and I had very bad experience with it. I remeber that there were many scams created on waves platform that pretended to be real altcoins, one of them was monkey or coe asset. Ethereum is superior compared to waves, it also has scams but it is harded to craete one.
