Guess they will sent it once a day/week as sending multiple time require multiple transaction fees

As I was told they changed to take all leasing from on account together. So I would just add a new leasing.

If you cancel then combine them to open new lease, you should not lose the week profits if it's been leased over 7 days
but you would lose the profit you could have gotten since the time cancelled until it becomes active (~1000 blocks if not mistaken)
