I have around 20+ posts but all my posts are gone, please fix the bot as soon as possible OP. My post are always over 100 symbols, don't know why all my posts are gone when i check it at the bot.

I have a theory that currently, if we post in this thread, at least once per day, that is the only way our post will count on the bot.
Hi there, i already make another post and when i check the post counts, it's still counted. I don't know about that theory but i hope dev fix the bot really soon. We still can make a post right ? so when the bot fixed, our posts will be combined.
I don't have this problem. Maybe it's a cookies, thing? Has anyone tried to delete cookies/browsing history and see if that worked? My post counts are correct in the bot.
Can we continue with our regular posting or we must first wait until the problem is resolved about the bot?

Well the bot still hasn't updated my posts. Hopefully soon it will give me my actual amount of posts otherwise I will be pretty pissed off. Has the bot got the right amount of posts for anyone else?I think this problem may be a temporary solution, I think I will fix it. Because if this is not the end, then it means that it will happen again later.
Hi, I have encountered the same problem with them, my starting post is 64 and now may all post is 124, so i already posted 60 posts, but when i check on waves campaign, it is said that my starting post is 124 even if last night i check the starting post is 64 and my new post is 60, and now it got reset. Please resolve this. Thanks

You know, it's the first week of the campaign and the bot can work with some surprises.
But don't worry, we ll check what is wrong and fix it.
Please do check, I have the same problem too. I've just started this campaign and got 1 post with 100 character but when I check again the bot after an hour, my starting post has been added with 1 and my new post became zero. Please resolve the issue. Thank you.

It seems that there is a problem with the wrong configuration of the bot.
We hope that this problem will be solved as soon as possible and that there will be a statement about the issue.

I thought my posts are not being counted because of some reason, so this is a known issue. I am missing like 9 or 10 posts, I don't know if this info can help. If it will be a manual audit, instead of a bot, I think it is better.
Manual Audit will :
*make sure posts are not spammy.
*make sure the campaign is getting the proper advertisement for what they pay.
*make sure participants do not abuse the campaign.
I can help in auditing but I do not know if I can handle 1000 profiles.
Just my thoughts.

Maby the day where posts are reseted (payday) is configured wrong ?
