3. You site should be different at least in a way from all other gambling sites

and after brief skimming through it, people found out that half of it is either inactive, unresponsive, generate errors etc. In that case no amount of promotion will help you.

Reason why that happens is because I really think lately most of the gambling sites that are created are simply as a get rich quick for the webmaster. They only want the quick money and don't take time to get the site running properly.
That's why many of them fail.
