Good warning.

wcex.co is owned by  https://whaleclub.co

I was having the impression that whaleclub.co are one of the good trading sites??

I'm wrong here and why? Why it's bad that they own the wcex.co?

I'm assuming he means the template they are currently using is the one owned by whaleclub.co. So they are copying/stealing whaleclub.co's template. Not that the domain name is owned by whaleclub.co.

Best regards,
Brian

thank you for warning. I saw their project few weeks ago and noticed the referral bounty.
If there is referral reward i will not invest in that project. Its a very big scam alert for me.
Anyway you spotted more issues for a probably scam project.

Hello,

I just wanted to issue a warning on a possible scam. That being WCX / https://wcex.co

1. They don't list their team but say they are from Apple & Wall Street. They're not releasing the names because of security reasons. Sure..

2. Their platform looks identical to Trading View's engine. (Trading view has supposedly issued a copyright warning.)

3. There are a ton of newbie accounts posting positive info about the project.

4. They were offered a substantial amount of funds during pre-sale from a group of investors. But they wouldn't reveal their identities, so they didn't invest.

5. Malwarebytes blocks there website.

6. Their domain uses private registration.

I welcome feedback from others who have stature here..

Do you think you discovered hot water with your post?  99% of the ico-s are scam and only idiots invest in them.  Rest of us just collect free tokens, if they ever reach exchange - great!  If not whatever they were FREE Smiley

Thanks for this timely post.

I hope it will help other people not lose their money. It is very important to make a good research of the ICO before you make the investment. Make sure to check the team and read the whitepaper, before you make your decision.

Wow, I never thought WCX will be tagged as scam. Though to be honest, their referral amount was too lucrative but then the general consensus were that they are for real. I wonder now all the registered email address gets sold to some third party company. I guess that's what gonna happy if these people have scammed the crowd.

Such a pity.

i signed up but i have a suspicious feeling about them from the start.  don't even trust opening any links on emails they send me just in case. Got the free sign up bonus anyways, i won't invest anything in them but will keep a close eye on them to see.

Thanks for the information that you have shared.
I realize there are many accounts were registered and a promise given 10 $ for all registered accounts.
There may be more than 3 thousand accounts have been established :
3000 x 10 = 30000 USD (This is 1 example )
But the number of registered accounts can have far more (more 3000). They took the money invested from? and why they donate $ 10 for  registered account? What are their profits?

Yeah I figured it was a scam when I first heard about it. They advertised that they where giving away "$10 worth of WCX tokens" to anyone who gave them an email.
