When attempting to synchronize a wallet compiled from scratch from https://github.com/Worldcoin-Network/worldcoin the synchronisation always stops at height 709999 ?
Also the snapshot at http://www.worldcoin.global/index.html does not include a txindex, and when reindexing the snapshot, the reindexing stops at height 709999 as well...
Any solutions or workaround ?

Here are instructions for adding Worldcoin WDC to AtomicDEX. As the name implies, it's decentralized exchange. It works on Komodo platform. They already have the big coins and are now looking for more coins that are not widely available in big exchanges. Any supported coin/token can be traded for any supported coin/token so there are thousands of potential market pairs already.
UTXO coins need this RPC API calls: https://github.com/KomodoPlatform/coins#prerequisites-for-a-coin-to-be-compatible-with-atomicdex-api
UTXO coins also need electrumx support, the coin must be added to: https://github.com/spesmilo/electrumx/blob/master/electrumx/lib/coins.py
and someone needs to run the needed servers
