I also think we need money. No one doesn't need money, and those who say they don't need money are people who don't need money. If you ask this question to a person who can’t eat enough, he will definitely answer that he needs money. But if you ask the richest man in the world, he might say that money is not important.

Indeed we cannot exist without money, this is life now, without money we are nothing.
It’s true that everyone need money and i hope they do the best to earn money for their family and for their self. It’s hard to make them these days people are doing worst things to earn some i hope soon the world will give us good stuff to work in for better life.
We all require money, but only thing the limit for money to each person is different. Some has limited wants and happy with less money too and some has more money still unhappy because daily their desires and wants keep changing and just want more which put them under too much stress and for them any amount of money earned is less.
-Others want luxurious thing while others wanted the cheapest one.
-Others Love beautiful People while others like the opposite one.
-Others wanted to have a Family while others wanted to stay single all their life.
-Others Looking for Better option while others love it roughly .
This only prove one thing , that Human has their own wanting and only Few has the same manner in life .
In this life, it seems that we were born to struggle for money, to have food, to sleep, to be accompanied, and to be cured. All of these most basic needs require us to work hard to make money to meet.
depend In which kind Place you live because if you are in provincial living? money is not that a big issue .You can breed your own meat and you can plant your own veggies and fruits ,though other necessities needs to be spent by money but at least limited amount only and not that what city living needs.
Besides they have clean air and fresh foods you only needs to be resourceful to survive.
And for me it taste differently when you are the one who prepares everything for your meal not just buy those ingridients on the market.
I still don't live in Province now but i already bought a small land that i build as farm , with small lagoon that that i can have fishes( but not salt water fish only those can be breed) and with couple of animals so far.
So each weekends if have much time we stayed on there the whole sat and sundays that's why i can differentiate the living world from city to province.

I think we all need not money, but the confidence that you will have a home, food, water, etc. And when you have this understanding, then you no longer work for the sake of getting money. And in general, you can organize your own farm in nature, where gardens of apples, pears, peaches, various berries (there are thousands of fruit plants), various nuts, various edible herbs, shrubs, mushrooms, wild honey and much, much more. (It's better not to eat meat, it's not healthy, I've been eating only plants for a long time, study this topic yourself, the Internet is full of books and films about veganism and raw food diet). Right there you have your own well (or a river-lake nearby, where you take water). And now you have completely provided yourself with food, water and housing. Everything can be done, live in abundance, while earning little money.

And there are those businessmen and rich people that are advising to "let money work for you and not you work for the money". That's the perspective that they mostly say and it's about passive income and having many source of income.

Yes money can do a lot of good. And it's the one thing that makes almost every country function. Without money people are in big trouble, the lose their homes, their securities and their futures. Most us work for money and not only because we like the job or our boss. Financial independence is a blessing that only a lucky few will achieve.
People always claim money is the root of evil but remember poverty always kill some people . You know there is one thing called money,that everyone is trying to find in life and we all need it, don't let anybody deceive, people always pretend they don't really need it but actually they really need it to make life better and more enjoyable. Just work work and earn money. Believe it or not we really need it.
I definitely agree with you. People who say money is not important in one's life are telling a lie. Money is very important for a person to maintain his/her life. Health is the first thing to consider of course but we can't deny the importance of money too. Because if you don't have enough money for anything, then you won't be able to have the things you need or want.
