When we gamble we feel all the emotions, like when we feel excited when we are chasing our losses, feeling happy when we won a big amount, feeling depressed when we lose and we feel frustrated when what we expected to happen did not materialize, this is one of the reasons why we cannot stop gambling because we feel all the emotions.

Do you agree that we cannot stop gambling because it completed all our emotions and do you have other feelings when you gamble.
We can not stop gambling because there is that rush feeling that we are experiencing and we think we can win. If we did not achieve it (the win) that is going to be the time that we will stop playing gambling.

I can't think of any other feelings that is found when we play gambling because you already gave it all. Even without playing a gambling, there will be a person which are moody where they can also experience all of the emotions within a short period of time. When they play gambling, they can worsen this condition. Right now, I am not addicted to gambling anymore and I only play for fun so I don't have bad feelings even if I lose my money.
It would really be a mix of emotions on which when you do gamble then you would be feeling having that excitement, thrill, frustration, rage, upset and other possible that you could encounter
which is really very normal.Even if someone do says that they do really play game for fun but cant really be denied that we do really give out importance on our funds or money on which
we would really be that mindful on how we should gonna bet and each outcome or results would really be giving out that kind of feeling or emotion whether its a winning or losing moment.
Some do really get used to it since they do able to accept the risk when playing gambling.Losing is normal but as long you do enjoy the game then it wont really be that much
of a serious matter.

I really confess that I don't have those many emotions that the op is trying to say, when I place bets I put it in my head that the money I'm betting is lost money, if I win then I celebrate and take the profit to bet on the next one I play, but when I lose then I accept the defeat, but there are times when I make a bet for failure and I get angry with my decision, but it's not something I can consider exaggerated because I don't get angry for more than 5 minutes. That's because as I said, I take the game as fun, and I'm ready to accept defeat.

But feeling depressed is not good. Punters should look for means to gamble but avoid depression. This can be done with risking the amount you can lose and not think about it if lost but still feeling happy.

something I've been noticing over the last few years in my country, people who have taken money to buy lottery tickets in my country whenever the lottery results come out and people who played look at the tv and realize they won't win, they get sad and depressed. at first I even thought it was a passing thing but then I started to realize that this subject is more serious than I imagined, but people need to learn to deal with it. you shouldn't have high expectations because lottery is a game that depends on luck, I haven't seen it happen with casino games and sports betting, it may happen but I haven't seen it personally

Feelings are what gambling appeals to. It is the feeling of being entertained with the prospect of winning that many actually gamble. If you are bored, you can also go to the casino and feel the fun. When you lose, you'll have this strong feeling of getting back, of taking revenge against the casino. This is exactly how the casinos would want their clients, to be emotional, to have intense feelings. The effect of casinos to their players is mostly psychological.
But we should be able to suppress feelings of wanting revenge against the casino because it only makes us suffer more, especially when we spend more money and suddenly you lose. Try to cheer yourself up when you lose and not be too sad because you should already know what the risks of playing gambling are. If you can do that, you will be able to get rid of the negative feelings that will arise if you experience defeat. At least the feeling won't be great because you already know that gambling can give you both wins and losses.

We must be able to control our emotions that arise when we win or lose. But we do not immediately learn this ability to control. We need to be able to rein in this emotion that arises during gambling. We should know that our goal is to win, but losing is also a possibility. We must act accordingly. As a matter of fact, all these show the necessity of having a strong psychology.

One of my major challenge is how to control my emotions in my bid to chasing losses by defying my main strategy while gambling unfortunately ended up losing all my funds, this had been reoccurring on numerous occasions, though I do gamble with the amount of money I can afford to lose, once in a while I do get frustrated and thinking of quitting completely, however I discovered that on many occasions the losses are my personal mistakes, after I incurred losses I came back to my senses and refund my account again and the cycle continues, now I have decided to take a break to work on my emotional imbalance to gambling.

Gambling is game of emotions but you can succeed only if you can control them as you see they disturb the normal functioning of your body which can be bad in some conditions like when you are sad or angry it can affect your health. We have seen many gamblers taking loss seriously and going into depression mode which is not at all good and can have various effects over your mind as well.So always be in control with your emotional play.

I agree that almost everything that we can feel as human beings can be experienced by playing in a casino, often even playing with our imagination when we hit a big sum and become an instant millionaire this is what we will do, etc.

And as for your question about whether gambling can be stopped, of course, my answer to this is a big "YES", that's why other fellow gamblers in this industry say that we need to accompany gambling with self-control and discipline of gambling, it's like when you know you've won your game, you stop and play again another day, it's that simple.

Emotion is I think different from addiction, it is more of a drive. People or players to be more specific, are having a hard time to quit or dtop gambling because they are addicted into it. Whether it is frustration, regret, joy, or anger; once you are dragged of continuous playing, you'll have difficulties stopping that behavior. Emotions are just contributors of addiction and this is simply the danger of gambling we should all be aware of. And to those new players out there, set limits or know your limits first before engaging to this activity. A loss would be temporary but the time you have spent; lacking attention to more important things, will be permanent.

I would say I cannot stop watching sports because of the excitement or thrill.

That is already a feeling; excitement and enjoyment. But what is being talked about here us something deeper than that. It is a battle between what you feel when you are playing and what keeps or pushes you to play.

I don't. I would stop because it would completely drain my bank account.

I don't know what to "feel" about this thread hehe. I can only imagine what emotional bettors Do when watching an intense match. They are probably one of those people who smash their TV screen or other device when extremely disappointed with the result.

I think people who feel emotions this strongly when they gamble should probably take a second look at the gambling they are doing and perhaps they should stop entirely. I personally never get all that emotional when it comes to gambling and if I did I feel like that would signal to me that I should probably stop.

Just don’t think it’s very healthy if it overcomes you.

I feel like emotional gambling could be a mistake, if we play with the emotions and not with the brain, the we will lose it all most of the times because in some point we don't chase the win for the money or the profits, we chase a win to feel good with ourselves and if the win never comes we will be frustrated and broke.

But emotions is what makes the game interesting. If a game doesn't make us fell anything, then it's a bad game.

Initially, I was about to disagree but when you try to view it the other way around then it starts to make some sense as a lot of gamblers play for fun and enjoyment. When it comes to the other emotions I probably have to disagree and those would just be a bonus because as much as possible you don't want to get swept up with the feeling of depression and frustration whenever you lose.

My gambling life is planned and very organized, that is why I might not feel the way you just mentioned. Gambling for entertainment and using just a little part of your income might shield you from anxiety and fears during gambling. Although sometimes you experience some of these feeling but, it it reduced to a large extent when your motivation for gambling is not for money making but just for the love of the game and pleasure.

When you cannot stop gambling based on your emotions, it means that you are gradually becoming addicted to gambling which might be counter productive or a harmful. I think one should start seeking for help when his emotion becomes a motivator in gambling.

There is no gambling without emotion. We are not robots and almost all our gambling experience does have an associated emotion.

It now depends on how a person will control their emotion and not fall into the worst situation because they can't handle something.

If losing gives people a heavy toll on their emotions, no choice but to force their selves to minimize their gambling activity or push to stop gambling for good.

Dude C'monnnn, why should you gamble with your emotions? Do you feel exited when your heart keeps throbbing and you'll be panting like a wonded lion, just so your game would click the bait and spray you some fine coins? Emotions are strong and could sometimes control a person so I don't see why you should toil with 'em.

No....
What thrives every gambler is GREED, period. They've lost severally and, seeing others winning (if it's in a casino house) or having a knowledge that peeps win alot in that same game(online), they'll still sink in money to see if they'll recover, but even when it shows 'em some love, given them back what they spent, they'll need some more huge funds for the late nighty dinner party.....lol heyyo folks, that's someone's investment, they'll kill that shit for safety.

If a person feels depressed every time they lose, that's alarming and they really need some big help. Depressed is not a joke or maybe you just used the wrong term there, am I right? Instead, maybe we can use the word "stress" although still considered an alarming emotion, somehow it can be managed.

Emotions are always triggered while gambling. It's impossible to take away that emotion as it was human nature.

There's no need to stop gambling but rather take those emotions responsibly.

If anyone feels depressed about every loss in gambling then it means something is seriously wrong with that person's approach towards gambling.
It has been taught many times that we should only gamble with extra funds or with the funds we can afford to lose as gambling is highly risky. When you will be using your extra funds on gambling, the loss in gambling should not make you depressed. If you are getting sad about every loss, you are playing with your money which is not an extra amount. You should re-evaluate your funds and stop playing gambling if those funds are for your day to day needs.

And that is the thrill, the adrenaline rushing into our bodies, but in the beginning of my gambling journey, like when I play slots, I don't have this feeling, I mean I just try not to show my emotions if I hit the bonus or win big. But later on, when I grow older and playing it, well it's very different, every win that I got I have this excitement within me, hehehe. Not sure what it is, maybe I just try to enjoy now unlike before wherein i wanted to win big and chase big bonuses.

Do you agree that we cannot stop gambling because it completed all our emotions and do you have other feelings when you gamble.

Yes, it's really hard to stop gambling when we have this sensation and feeling good. Not only in winning, but also in losing, our body respond the same.

"Even when you’re losing while you’re gambling, your body is still producing adrenalin and endorphins," he says.

People naturally love to have pleasant emotions when they are winning at gambling. But sooner or later you will normally lose. And you have to deal with that. We all want to feel the eternal feeling of the euphoria. I think that as a gambler you have to experience that before you know what something like that feels like. It is impossible not to feel the thrill of adrenaline when you are gambling. Or you should play with very low limits, then it will be a different story of course. If you feel the emotions of winning at gambling, the adrenaline may keep you playing for hours on end and little sleep.
