Jack Dorsey has been a fan of Bitcoin. This pronouncement may not significantly affect the price of Bitcoin but this will at least add to the growing roster of influential personalities who are explicitly expressing their support of Bitcoin. Twitter is one of the largest social media out there. It has millions of users around the globe. This pronouncement of the owner of Twitter will definitely create ripples.

Coming from a founder of a social media giant, any of his statement towards bitcoin will surely boost its popularity and good impression, well as long as the statement will stay positive. Support from big personalities will change the negative views of other people about bitcoin especially those who always tagged it as a "scam".
However, people should not take it as one of their criteria and reference in terms of making their next strategy. Don't also take that as the main reason why the price is surging today.
I think this is another reason for Jack to remind about themselves, nothing more

Bitcoin has become the new bride for investors and it is the most talked by the investors now. I strongly think that this social media giant like Twitter and Facebook are going to be on the side of bitcoin as the attempt by Facebook owners to get digital coin has meet rejections from the governments . Since the governments cannot fight bitcoin now those of their (Facebook’s Libra coin) ideas are going to be channel to bitcoin. It's something positive what he's been doing for bitcoin, he doesn't make much predictions of overpriced prices (at least I haven't seen it) ... he's been contributing a lot to more people having bitcoin, so he's a guy to be applauded by that has been done for bitcoin, and without forgetting:

Twitter is one of the trusted social media app by people. News there can easily travel and spread to different users. And by the fact that the founder of twitter is looking positively towards bitcoin is a good thing.
More well-known people who publicised their support towards bitcoin is really a great way to hype the public. It gives a positive impact to bitcoin. Their reputations can give positive image on bitcoin and also helps to introduce it to other people.

I think bitcoin getting the publicity it deserves is really good. Especially from a big person like Jack Dorsey. If bitcoin continues to be endorsed by big people, it will gain a good reputation and they will treat it like fiat.
My Apex bank governor is a greedy confused man who secretly buys and trades bitcoin but comes out to tell the public never to buy bitcoin. I hope I have the time to face him someday. Today some may say that Jack Dorsey is cause of recent pump, but he is only saying same things as before - and he have good reason for that. He is not only Twitter founder, but also founder of very popular Square Cash App which make him very nice profits. We all can say "We Love You Bitcoin" today or any other day when we see price is going up 
There is no doubt that Jack Dorsey is a very positive person in crypto world, we need more people like him - not only to say nice words about Bitcoin from time to time, but to make something which helps with adaptation of Bitcoin.

A CEO of twitter is welcome aboard on the community and perhaps he really is positive with the fast transaction that bitcoin has to offer and not only that but the real freedom the community have while using bitcoin, He is pretty thankful for it because it can surely deliver Economic Empowerment and his cash app had raised over $135 million Subscription and this may surely become a great day for bitcoin exposure to really skyrocket, Or even a negative one because we all know twitter is against cryptocurrency in the first place.

When you invest in something and it perform very good to your expectation, then you have every right to praise that thing. Crypto is indeed great to some people who understand how it works and have patience. Not those who want quick rich over night.
