Seems like you guys are also reporting that UPDOWN has turned out to be hard to get ahold of. I'm going to give UPDOWN one more day to confirm my enrollment or I'm going to have to remove the signature---I've got a no free advertising in my signature policy that I have to uphold. I put his/her signature on in good faith so I'm hoping that we'll be hearing from him/her shortly.

Time will show but indeed I saw several people asking to add them to his campaign when he was online but he didn't add any of time and went offline after a while ignoring them, hope he'll get more active and more helpful for people after the payment.
This depends, really. The last payment he sent out was for the wrong amounts. So even those of us who have been paid on time each time are still owed money for last week. There are a few things he needs to clear up in order to keep things going.

I think the least is to give us an update about the situation, if you are not accepting new members it would be nice to say so, it will be good for you and for us that's been waiting for confirmation and update for a week + and at the same time it is good for you in regards of communication and removing doubts regarding your campaign.

well let us see on the 5th if he will going to pay those new member including me as op said that we will get confirm on that day so for now im going to observe and not making so much post OP is here the last day and stay for a while there is a chance that he review the thread and write down all the new members but then...i hope so

Not yet. This week will be the last weekly payment 
I think UpDown will continue weekly payout to stay in the competition. Ritz is no more in the market. FXO & Genesis-Mining are already paying weekly and Stunna has announced that he'll be weekly too. So, if UpDown shift to monthly, then it'll be a drawback for him.
As I can see, there are multiple payment related allegations against him, though I have not verified how valid they are. So, I think it would be difficult for users to trust him for a month. Either he has to come clean with all allegations or continue weekly payment. It is his business call.
