Thanks for the feedback. Only here at the moment the project almost does not differ from most other projects. Currency as a currency and nothing more. Faucet doesnt work. 
Yes, there is a problem with the issuance of coins. The script can not get the visitor's IP and therefore points one ip in the database for everyone, and if many people want to get coins, the crane does not give out to everyone. I could not fix it, it's probably worthwhile putting the crane on another hosting.

Step two:
Create the file weacoin.conf in the folder "$HOME/.weacoin/".
Paste the following text into weacoin.conf and save the file =>>
rpcuser=rpc_weacoin
rpcpassword=fnsfjd13114fjd
rpcallowip=127.0.0.1
rpcport=4210
listen=1
server=1
addnode=46.8.209.7
addnode=54.149.160.5
addnode=37.97.242.80

Save the file and run wallet. Done!

The faucet works again. There were problems with the server.It doesnt work. It says wherever i try to claim "No more WEAC for you! Come back in 2h.".

I solved my problem with adding port in to my router and also setup the socks in the wallet
