Edit: I'm sorry, that doesn't make sense. PoS just gives you the fees paid for the transaction and no new coins, right? Then still, I don't understand what has actually changed.

Everything has returned to the old places. With the preservation of the old blockchain does not go back pow. Only in the form of fork.
