is the poker room down? I keep trying to connect via the webpage... keeps saying I need to login.  I've tried refreshing like the prompt says (guess there are some issues), but it keep telling me I am "offline". I kinda like the tourney schedule, but this isn't helping me consider playing here

Looks like you guys are losing money if I'm reading this right. Might have to change your prizes but you're prob not showing all the players totals so maybe you're doing better than I think.

You still should consider buying a copper membership from the admins and create a better Ann thread.

Thanks for the advice. As for KYC: i if you register with a wallet, it depends on whether you will fall into risk check categories or not.
What might be the reasons or factors for someone to fall for a risk check or compliance for KYC? Because that's how it goes nowadays with many casinos that they'd say that they are KYC free for now but eventually when some limits or factors have been hit, they'll suddenly ask for it.

Although it's not surprising but what could be the triggers that can be the case on your risk checking? If the answer is just going to be the same as the others like, you may ask that without any reasons.

It's hard to figure out what to do when a poker site or casino tells that they're good for kyc and won't have any problem with it but then hits with that compliance soon.
I think it is when they think our wallets are infected by some kind of a malware or virus, because this is the only time I know that they are at risk. But if it's about the other risk, it is when they think we are doing something shady. They need to check our account first or something, to make sure that everything is fair.

When we know that KYC is not mandatory but there is a chance for it to get asked later on, we should decide if we will continue playing on it or not. Not that we will blame the casino, when it was our fault in fact. But for the casino to look or remain professional, it's also best for them to state the reasons on why we are being asked for a KYC.

Nice site to have fun with but Op you have things to do and to fix here. You have to work on the thread by adding some images from the website. And if you can't do that you can contact a professional to do it for you. I checked the site and it looks good. The home page interface is easy to navigate. The features are okay in the home page and the games are well arranged. And I will also talk about the KYC, because it is the bedrock of a casino. Others have said it before. In KYC, it is yes or no. And from the way you sounded about it, I understand that you ask for KYC but you are not forcing gamblers to do it. And I know that you are making that statement now because you need customers but when time goes, and when the casino has gain ground then KYC will be come a compulsory element in the casino. By the way you are welcome to the Bitcoin family

poker fraud mostly. unsusual winrate consistent with chipdumping or teamplay\card sharing. in most cases the poker fraud team just checks the hands played- and give a go for withdrawal, if all is ok- they dont ask any verification or docs.
Thanks.

Basically if the win rate of the player is inconsistent and it triggers some flag of yours and there's sort of team play, you'll be able to find it out. I've forgotten that this can be done and as an advantage to the players if they're on the same table and they know each other.

If we did not perform those checks or have an an antifraud system- it would be easy to launder money, or rip honest players off with bots or teamplay.
That's true, and also it will affect you as a platform when the players that have been ripped off sees you as a dishonest platform and also tolerating these cheaters.

It looks like there are still many things that need fixing on your platform. I noticed that some sections, such as the display in the banner, load slowly, and the featured sections keep loading even when I'm just visiting the homepage. I checked my internet speed, and it seems fine. I'm not sure if it's just on my end or if other users are experiencing the same issues.

How can this be the best poker and casino for web3 if this is the experience that potential players will have? They might get disappointed right away. I think you need to conduct a bug bounty program or another round of beta testing if you haven't already. I also tried clicking on the icon next to connect, but only a black screen appeared.

Thanks for the advice. As for KYC: i if you register with a wallet, it depends on whether you will fall into risk check categories or not.
What is this risk check categories? This is the first that I've heard of it when it comes to non-KYC compliant casinos, are you allowed to disclose what the categories are or not? I'm curious as to what's the categories that will be listed so hopefully you can indulge us if it's allowed. Are you really sure that if the person that successfully passed from the risk check would be able to do their business their without needing KYC ever again? There are people here that got duped by these crypto casinos that are promising them no KYC but then when they have to withdraw their funds, they're going to need to comply to the KYC measures of that supposed to be non-KYC compliant casino.

Some explanation - web3poker is poker focused site, but the web3poker.com brand is present on a number of casinos (like owl.games (currently switched off there) or solcasino.io), with poker we experience a lot of fraud on a daily basis - we ban around 20-30 accounts every other day -  from multiaccounting, teamplay, etc/ with people making a bunch of new wallets, trying to claim "tournament money" bonuses, or trying cheat in frerolls ( we ran a bunch of 1000usd freroll tourneys weekly) taking adantage of a our simple login\registration.
Thats why if we see some of connection with suspisicous accounts in poker- we will do certain checks prior to withdrawal. With casino there are no such problems. Sports section- we are thinking about changing provider. As for regions - we need to stay compliant with the rules, since our game aggregation comes from Softswiss ( they are aggregator for stake as you know)

welcome to the forum. Glad there is a new casino alternative here. but just a suggestion, maybe you could ask someone on the forum for help to design your thread to be more interesting if you don't have a team capable of doing it.
because you are on this forum, maybe you can create a special campaign or event for members of the forum to register at your casino. Maybe there will be enough forum members who are interested in your casino.

One more thing, you seem quite strict in regulating players from several countries in your casino terms-conditions. maybe support could tell players earlier so players don't get disappointed. especially regarding certain games and jackpots.

Then this is no difference from Regular KYC asking site because you can just put the account under kyc by all means , most member here looking for "NON KYC" site at all or else then care nothing to tell about strict or not so strict about kyc because that falls to the same format.

But Welcome to Bitcointalk.org and like what said above better to purchase Copper membership and also try to create more appealing ANN Thread
or else Hire reputable creator to have it done for you.

Looking forward to your progress here in Crypto gambling business.

First, I will advise you to get yourself a copper membership account and make your ANN more detailed and presentable to compete with other crypto casinos here on the forum.

I have a question in respect to the signup, as I can see multiple options like wallet connect for different wallets and the email signup option. If I'm to use the wallet connect option (not using my main wallet though), will I also be required to complete any form of personal information filling? Because just saying I don't impose KYC on members is not enough; either there is no KYC or there is KYC.
A copper membership account would definitely go a long way interms of the advertising of your brand, images make the whole marketing product catchable to the eyes and even increases the interest of users here wanting to test it out. For now thread just looks like a normal regular newbie post and I don't why but seeing adverts like this just reduces my interest to a certain percentage to actually test out or run the website. Will be hoping they do get a copper membership account so they can flash out all the bonus and goodies to the website to attract users like myself and many more others.

I am not sure I understand this part... @Nwada001 asked the straight question, and your answer is everything except a straight one.

My site review: Poorly designed.
You should realize that the logo is too tiny. Testing it on different browsers will make you see how things look.  What looks nice is the dropdown on the NAV bar, at least that was simple, and only a few sports unless they click the SPORTS itself.

Poor and simple design. It seems this is more than just a poker place, they have live & slot games, sports books, and poker. The site can look a lot better as this thread, I am not sure what is OP (owner or just some manager) but both the site and this thread should look a lot better if they wish to attract some players from here.
