Thanks for the advice. As for KYC: i if you register with a wallet, it depends on whether you will fall into risk check categories or not.
What might be the reasons or factors for someone to fall for a risk check or compliance for KYC? Because that's how it goes nowadays with many casinos that they'd say that they are KYC free for now but eventually when some limits or factors have been hit, they'll suddenly ask for it.

Although it's not surprising but what could be the triggers that can be the case on your risk checking? If the answer is just going to be the same as the others like, you may ask that without any reasons.

It's hard to figure out what to do when a poker site or casino tells that they're good for kyc and won't have any problem with it but then hits with that compliance soon.

poker fraud mostly. unsusual winrate consistent with chipdumping or teamplay\card sharing. in most cases the poker fraud team just checks the hands played- and give a go for withdrawal, if all is ok- they dont ask any verification or docs.
Thanks.

Basically if the win rate of the player is inconsistent and it triggers some flag of yours and there's sort of team play, you'll be able to find it out. I've forgotten that this can be done and as an advantage to the players if they're on the same table and they know each other.

If we did not perform those checks or have an an antifraud system- it would be easy to launder money, or rip honest players off with bots or teamplay.
That's true, and also it will affect you as a platform when the players that have been ripped off sees you as a dishonest platform and also tolerating these cheaters.

It looks like there are still many things that need fixing on your platform. I noticed that some sections, such as the display in the banner, load slowly, and the featured sections keep loading even when I'm just visiting the homepage. I checked my internet speed, and it seems fine. I'm not sure if it's just on my end or if other users are experiencing the same issues.

How can this be the best poker and casino for web3 if this is the experience that potential players will have? They might get disappointed right away. I think you need to conduct a bug bounty program or another round of beta testing if you haven't already. I also tried clicking on the icon next to connect, but only a black screen appeared.

What is this risk check categories? This is the first that I've heard of it when it comes to non-KYC compliant casinos, are you allowed to disclose what the categories are or not? I'm curious as to what's the categories that will be listed so hopefully you can indulge us if it's allowed. Are you really sure that if the person that successfully passed from the risk check would be able to do their business their without needing KYC ever again? There are people here that got duped by these crypto casinos that are promising them no KYC but then when they have to withdraw their funds, they're going to need to comply to the KYC measures of that supposed to be non-KYC compliant casino.

Some explanation - web3poker is poker focused site, but the web3poker.com brand is present on a number of casinos (like owl.games (currently switched off there) or solcasino.io), with poker we experience a lot of fraud on a daily basis - we ban around 20-30 accounts every other day -  from multiaccounting, teamplay, etc/ with people making a bunch of new wallets, trying to claim "tournament money" bonuses, or trying cheat in frerolls ( we ran a bunch of 1000usd freroll tourneys weekly) taking adantage of a our simple login\registration.
Thats why if we see some of connection with suspisicous accounts in poker- we will do certain checks prior to withdrawal. With casino there are no such problems. Sports section- we are thinking about changing provider. As for regions - we need to stay compliant with the rules, since our game aggregation comes from Softswiss ( they are aggregator for stake as you know)

welcome to the forum. Glad there is a new casino alternative here. but just a suggestion, maybe you could ask someone on the forum for help to design your thread to be more interesting if you don't have a team capable of doing it.
because you are on this forum, maybe you can create a special campaign or event for members of the forum to register at your casino. Maybe there will be enough forum members who are interested in your casino.

One more thing, you seem quite strict in regulating players from several countries in your casino terms-conditions. maybe support could tell players earlier so players don't get disappointed. especially regarding certain games and jackpots.

Then this is no difference from Regular KYC asking site because you can just put the account under kyc by all means , most member here looking for "NON KYC" site at all or else then care nothing to tell about strict or not so strict about kyc because that falls to the same format.

But Welcome to Bitcointalk.org and like what said above better to purchase Copper membership and also try to create more appealing ANN Thread
or else Hire reputable creator to have it done for you.

Looking forward to your progress here in Crypto gambling business.

First, I will advise you to get yourself a copper membership account and make your ANN more detailed and presentable to compete with other crypto casinos here on the forum.

I have a question in respect to the signup, as I can see multiple options like wallet connect for different wallets and the email signup option. If I'm to use the wallet connect option (not using my main wallet though), will I also be required to complete any form of personal information filling? Because just saying I don't impose KYC on members is not enough; either there is no KYC or there is KYC.
A copper membership account would definitely go a long way interms of the advertising of your brand, images make the whole marketing product catchable to the eyes and even increases the interest of users here wanting to test it out. For now thread just looks like a normal regular newbie post and I don't why but seeing adverts like this just reduces my interest to a certain percentage to actually test out or run the website. Will be hoping they do get a copper membership account so they can flash out all the bonus and goodies to the website to attract users like myself and many more others.

I am not sure I understand this part... @Nwada001 asked the straight question, and your answer is everything except a straight one.

My site review: Poorly designed.
You should realize that the logo is too tiny. Testing it on different browsers will make you see how things look.  What looks nice is the dropdown on the NAV bar, at least that was simple, and only a few sports unless they click the SPORTS itself.

Poor and simple design. It seems this is more than just a poker place, they have live & slot games, sports books, and poker. The site can look a lot better as this thread, I am not sure what is OP (owner or just some manager) but both the site and this thread should look a lot better if they wish to attract some players from here.

Welcome to this forum where you will get the opportunity to find awesome players for your site. I saw your profile and you haven't bought a cooper membership yet, I recommend you to buy a cooper membership and then update your announcement thread with images so it will look more professional.

Players always look for those casinos whose announcement threads are made in a professional way and that's why it's highly recommended to purchase cooper membership which will allow your to embed your announcement thread with images.

I'm a fan of poker games and I love to try yours as well, I'm highly interested in reviewing your site if you want to have a detailed review of your platform feel free to PM me. I would also recommend you to launch a signature campaign as that will give more exposure to your platform on this forum.

Fairness
Third-party Games

We partner only with prestigious game providers known for their integrity and fairness. This includes top-tier providers such as Evolution, Pragmatic Play, and Playtech. These collaborations ensure that all games available from these providers on our platform meet the highest standards of fairness and reliability. Our commitment to working only with respected and verified providers is a testament to our dedication to offering our players a trustworthy and enjoyable gaming experience.

Those games don't have a fair system, users can modify the user seed, and they don't operate under a house edge, they work with something called RTP, which means the game will give wins and loses depending on how much the house has win/lose with that game.

Quote
fair result = operators input (hashed) + customers input

The fairness of your site isn't fair at all, because the formula that you use means the operators input is dynamic, and to play it fair the user needs to change the customers input before each bet, if we keep the customer input then the house can predict our next bet result and modify the operators input.

welcome to the forum. Some members have already suggested that you modify this ann thred so that it has more beauty, as this subject has already been discussed, I will go straight to my questions: does your casino have a license? I saw this in your casino's TOS:

3.3.12 We reserve the right to make a phone call to the number provided in your user account, which at our own discretion can be a necessary part of the KYC procedure. Withdrawals may be terminated until the account is fully verified. We will make reasonable efforts trying to contact you regarding the withdrawal of the funds, but if we are not able to reach you (by email or phone) in two (2) weeks as from the date of the request for withdrawal, account will be locked, since you have failed to pass the KYC procedure.

well, it's the first time I see a casino being more radical in the TOS, although I don't see anything wrong with that, I just want to ask if your casino has a support phone number so that when people have a problem they can call support and have quick service? I'm asking this because it makes a lot of sense that as in your casino the support will call people's phone number, your casino should also have a phone number in the support so that people can call and ask questions when they have any questions or when they have some problem. for example if support calls a customer many times

If that customer is unable to answer the call because they are busy, could that customer call back when they are not busy, that way the support service at your casino will be a good service, so does your casino have a telephone number for support?

3.3.14 The Casino reserves the right to check your identity prior to processing payouts and to hold any refund or withdrawals for the time needed to check your identity. In case you provide false or incompleted Personal Data, the withdrawal can be refused and the Player Account terminated, of which you will be informed by email. Reporting by the Casino to applicable regulatory bodies of actions performed by the player may be required.

source: https://web3poker.com/doc/terms-conditions

These are very harsh measures and I ask the regulator here, will the casino report? because I don't know what license the casino has, but if it is a Curacao license, I highly doubt that if the casino wants to report to the US government about the existence of a US citizen who has given a false document, I highly doubt that the US government will lead to Seriously, this would also imply that the casino, when filing a complaint in the US court, would show a license and many documents, so I doubt that this type of action will be taken seriously by governments

OP I will welcome you to this great platform. I had to check for myself to see what your casino offers but it surprised me to see that  this is a web three casino with KYC compliance which I think is someworth not normal. How do you explain this to members here. Usually, web 3 casinos are connected directly from individual wallet with no party interference which makes it void of anything verification or identity check. OP, I think that your casino is a centralised casino and not mix things up here just to get traffic.

Welcome to the forum OP, I can see that you have come here to advertise and promote your casino as this is the biggest bitcoin and crypto community. As suggested by @Nwada001, you should get a corper membership to enable to give us the details of what your casino looks like and also make your advert more unique and easy for forum members to understand what the site looks like.

I tried viewing your site, by clicking on the link that you provided but it says that I am restricted and cannot have access only if I contact the casino. Is it that your site is restricted for gamblers in Nigeria or I need to use some VPN before I can access it.

As for the no KYC requirements, I hope that when a gambler wins huge amount of money, you guys wouldn't ask for KYC to deprive the winner his withdrawal, because we have seen casinos that claims to be KYC free that after a big win, they say KYC is mandatory for withdrawal.

Thanks for the advice. As for KYC: i if you register with a wallet, it depends on whether you will fall into risk check categories or not.

Would this mean you will be able to stop the casino from sending tokens to the wallet to enforce KYC to the wallet?
Though I'm not going to use it, I like that they have the option to sign up using the Telegram account. Kind of easy for the users to register.
