They can be secret only on blockhains with opaque ledger. For blockchains with transparent ledger there will be soon services for what is OP asking. There are gazillion startups doing block chain analysis right now.

As far as I know at the moment there are not any websites that satisfy your requirements. It's hard to keep track of everyone's assets because no one wants to reveal their true assets.
If anyone were to advertise such a site, I guess it could not be trusted, they could never have counted all of their assets.

Been rich through crypto must be privacy and not share with people especially when you are living in a country that is striving or not well funded, i belief that lack of money is the root of all evil, you can easily become a target if people know your crypto worth, moreover you can't keep private keys in bank like fiat

No one who makes a website does something that doesn't make sense. Besides, whales often hate this because they don't want to give anyone information about the money they keep. Such disclosure would provide a great deal of information for hackers to easily hack into wallets and steal. That's why we don't have such property review websites.

I do not think there can be this kind of site that calculates this kind of statistics. Think of the coins that are available and the exchanges they are listed, and which ones work right or wrong, and the possibility of being scam, different prices in each market. Although the site works correctly, it can never give you the results you expect. It is impossible to calculate this in a market where nothing is certain.

You wont find anything like that even if you go deep in searching the internet.
First, I would not jeopardize my information or even just my ip address for something like that.
Second, you will be a target.
Lastly, I dont also want to be in the eye of the government.
