Sometimes people seize the opportunities presented to them. Perhaps they hadn't planned to get married until the OP earned a decent income from his investment. But since the opportunity came, the marriage happened. I think we should just be happy with that and not question whether the story is true or not, as surely the OP would not claim it's just a made-up story.


If you consider it a merit farming story, simply refrain from giving merits. Why is the merit system such a significant issue, anyway? Some members with extra merits might even give them for non-substantial posts, or even to posts from signature campaigns receiving weekly payments. Why not question that as well?

Hey bro you seem to be making me look bad as if forbidding what the OP did. You should take a look at my previous thread because I also have no problem with it and indeed for the benefits obtained when doing it is very good but it is not an investment if we refer to the situation and conditions that are done if we talk about the investment perspective.
One more thing, I never felt that I don't want bitcoin to go higher regardless of the ETF or whatever it is because it is the hope of everyone when who is in bitcoin certainly wants profit but when talking about investment and the steps taken by doing schemes like this I don't like it. Although in this case I do not prohibit everything from doing what the OP did but when you want to invest well at least things like what the OP did a little should be reduced.

I have a friend and he is also a bitcoin investor for the past 2 years, he has been continuously accumulating bitcoins whenever possible, and he told me that. He will only get married when bitcoin reaches 40k$, he will sell some bitcoin to build a house and then get married (he already has a girlfriend). So I won't be surprised or feel strange if one day he comes to this forum and shares about it. So I believe what OP said and it's a true story.

is this a true story? What i wanna hear from you is that "Have you truly planned this wedding or just accidentally" because it is cleared what you said that if you hadn't invest and earn in bitcoin you will never see this happy day, so I see it odd for the story and for your Girlfriend (that now is your wife) that you will not marry her if this increase does not happened. sounds like another merit farming story that we have seen many times in the past.
Anyway , congrats for your wedding and congrats to the whole topic, hope that you will keep that bitcoin on hold since you only spent that profit of yours .

I also got a lot of success from this bitcoin. I am currently managing my family well with this bitcoin money. Moreover, more important work is being done with Bitcoin money. I might not have completed my life without this Bitcoin. I hope to fulfill my next life with this bitcoin.

It gives me such joy to see Bitcoin being used in a positive manner. I will advise you to be cautious when investing in altcoins because you seem to be a high risk taker, altcoins can give huge profits but it can always cost you all your savings. Now that you have made some profits from Bitcoin, I hope you continue to invest in bitcoin, the proverb “ do not put all your eggs in one basket” does not work in the crypto space the way it works in the outside world.

All these activities of yours make us more interested in Bitcoin. But I have prepared myself by you that if I get married then like you I will do my marriage ceremony in Bitcoin money and I will gift Bitcoin to my wife.

He took a risk and got lucky. I don't see why a ton of forum members have an issue with how he made the money though.  In hindsight, everyone who owns bitcoin has a thing for the economy side of things as well in that we all want the price to go up. Certainly, not everyone would invest around the same time he was fortunate to do so just before the uphill in price. A win is a win in my opinion. Even the institutional investors we are hoping to come in through the ETF approval with only do so for the economic benefits.

Congratulations on your married life dear. Maybe I should ask you to diversify your Bitcoin portfolios if you must typically rely on Bitcoin for your source of income probably on a short and long terms with a drastic and logical expenditures so you don't begin your earning set-ups from scratches again or when selling out regrettably in the future.

Although in this case I don't really like the way you seem to impose because I think what you are doing is gambling not investing, but indeed the good end result is worth congratulating especially the results of the profits that you use for your biological needs when you decide to start a family.
Congratulations on taking a new life buddy with your little family but for next time, I would rather suggest you invest without doing anything that smells like a gamble like that. fortunately at this time you managed to close with a profit because bitcoin has increased but the worst possibility in this case is how bitcoin will fall back which makes all your plans disrupted.

Having a good job and being able to invest at the same time is someone who is quite lucky in life, because something like that is the dream of many people today who often find it difficult to invest when they are busy working to earn income. Because with a stable income in life, of course everyone can implement plans for saving and investing in the future with specific targets for themselves. You can imagine how lucky a person is who has a job with a stable income and can also invest regularly in what he likes.

A big congratulations to you for using part of the profits you made from Bitcoin to get married which is one of the good achievement I believe you have done so far since the price of Bitcoin had moved from 25k to 36k currently. There are so many profits you can make from Bitcoin apart from just holding for a little while. You can also stake your Bitcoin on exchanges so you can earn more while you keep holding. You don't need to celebrate too much right now because the market is just loading it bull trend and it would make sense if you decide to buy some holdings now before everything skyrocket.

Everything that had really contributed or making things possible because you had benefited on it or making use of it then it is surely a big achievement and this time we are talking on the profit that he had made out with Bitcoin investment on which we know that we could really be that potentially be able to achieve such thing if we are really that serious or wise with our investment on which it wont really be just that limited to Bitcoin but also in other things as well on which you do really know that it could really be that something beneficial one day and since this is talking about getting married

The investment in Bitcoin has benefited him to the point he is using the money to get married so it is actually a very big achievement, holding is actually not easy and very tempting when you are always seeing it, your wallet should be the best place to keep your bitcoin and you have the private key then you can just leave it there and observe with that, it will be a little bit easy to hold that way, only those that have held will make a profit and since the price is not stable people are always scared to invest and will always want to wait if the price will become lower for them to buy and waiting for that opportunity will make them loose investing in bitcoin. once the price drops and you have the money just buy.

And I could only imagine the joy you already have and bitcoin and the forum has been very helpful as well as help so many lives in the past and most times I don't blame people who don't buy when price dips because I've done a personal survey from one of my previous surveys about why people aren't holding  and I've concluded that lack of money to buy is the major reason why people aren't holding but I wish you left it much longer until next year would have been better and always remember to adjust your stop loss always to avoid losing profits accomolated when the price turns against you.
