1,4k in my country could actually be used for a simple wedding, but many people get caught up in other aspects of life, like buying their dream items or even getting into new debts. I'm truly amazed by the priorities you've set. It's like a wake-up call for me, as I'm still unmarried and enjoying the vast world out there.

I'm still holding onto my BTC, and I might sell it for wedding expenses if I don't have enough money. Yeah... i only have a small amount of cash. I use it for daily meals and bills. The rest is in other assets I'm saving for the future.

A lot of people are too focused on "money" and what those bitcoins might be worth in 5 or 10 years from now. You just paid for a life-time of precious memories.

That is also an investment into your future, with the potential to have children and a happy wife. Life is not just about money, it is a journey full of good memories. But do not forget that your government had taxed 30% of bitcoin. So make sure to set aside 60k to pay as taxes in April 2024.

I too had used my Bitcoin profit to buy my first home. I was expected to add 20% while bank was lending me the remaining 80%. So I had sold off some of my bitcoins back in 2017 to chip in that 20%.

I'm also surprised that $1200-$1400 can already provide all your needs for a wedding cause here in my country that won't be enough unless you get married at a civil wedding which is budget-friendly. But if we compare it to a wedding like yours OP, it would cost almost $80k-$100k cause everything is pricey here, and you have managed to have a party celebration as well. That's actually a good spend of Bitcoin profits, for sure everyone here is investing to have money to provide their needs and wants.

You are from my country and you must have a lot of love from me, since you paid for the wedding by investing in bitcoins, it's really interesting. Even though you made $25,000 in bitcoins, maybe that was your short-term investment plan. If you had invested for the long term you might have expected to get more profit, but your important work is to sell it and solve important issues with your money. Even if you got a good profit from short term investment and you were able to spend on your wedding it might be your luck. Because I bought bitcoin long ago but not so much coincidence like you that I didn't make much money to invest but there is hope in the future. However, it was really fun in your life as you partied with your friends on your wedding day with the money you earned from Bitcoin. But I think if you invest later then definitely try to keep it safe no need to disclose it to others it will be good for you.

When you said 2 lakhs I thought you were from Pakistan but then I came to realize the term lakhs is also used in India so I visited your profile and confirmed it otherwise I was so shocked to hear that you managed to get married in 2 lakhs please do not get me wrong I am not insulting or trying to I just trying to show my shocking experience in my words
