Exactly. The payout processor runs every 60 seconds. If there is a new deposit during the 60 seconds, the BTC required counter will sometimes go to negative since the formula is as follows:
next pending payment - bank balance = btc until next payout

It depends where u are in the list... even if only 1$ you have to wait your turn.. my first few payouts were quick, now its taking over an hour to payout

I took me about one hour before I'm receiving my investment back. However.. it really depend on how many people invested during the time.
