Very Bad idea, what you got going with 1 btc max it's the right thing, if you set it higher no one will risk to send any btc because it only takes 10 bets of 5 btc to have a 50btc "wall"... less is more is my advice, stick to 1 btc and everyone will participate (and you'll get you're share with the feds always so why kill the chicken?)

Maybe it'd be better if he'd just increase the max to 1.5 but still raise the minimum to 0.01.

I use trezor. and blockchain wallet for daily use...

I wish I had enough money for Trezor. Undecided

But for now I just use bitcoin core and paper wallets for larger amounts

I prefer to stick to one game. In v2 I had 2 versions, big and small. It divided the transactions too much and the game died out too quickly since there was only half as much going into each one.
