I guess you are right about the unconfirmed transaction, in looking at the address now it seems there are 30BTC plus that are hanging on confirmation because they are spending an input which is unconfirmed..

Did you use coinbase or a different online wallet?
dont use coinbase wallet or you will not recieve back your coins its because coinbase use another address in sending coins..
It has 48 confirmations and still not on the site
have you checked the address which where you send the coins?

it'll take forever without fees, hope op could remove this transaction and refund back to user once 'confirmed'
Yeah I would hope for this if time expires before it fixes itself as well, OP was good enough to refund that guys accidental 7 BTC donation (even though there was an actual rule for that).
I expect him not to screw those of us who are plagued by 1 fools mistake.
I have another 3 BTC ready to invest but not going to until that dreaded transaction gets confirmed.
I have a transaction that was paid to me over 1.5 hours ago and it is not confirming. I made the mistake of sending it with coinbase so not sure if this is why it is doing it. It shows in my coinbase that it is pending arrival. So I am hoping my mistake will work out.

i think its not a problem for the others coz not confirmed coins will not recieve payment until getting atleast 1 confirmation from the blockchain

what are you saying ? everything is fully transparent. One clogged transaction is stopping the rest from moving
