Niether is very long in terms of what we have seen go through his games. The weekly really is short compared to how much time is left. We will have to see if it starts to roll now.

that address is odd, has alot of BTC, and the addresses sending too it had even more

Take a look at the blockchain, this was sent and confirmed very early (12:00:03 or :09 I think) but for some reason made it in the page list later.. It does look like it was paid out at the right time though..

If you look at the time stamp it was 00:00:09. So they are just not inorder. They are paying people in order even though the list must be messed up.
