as long as you see that the coins you have are high, sell immediately. actually it's logical rather than holding too long not necessarily the coins you hold can have high selling points in the future. for me for now I prefer to sell while there are still opportunities, but the story is different if I have the top coins in the market, then I will choose to survive and wait for the market to completely improve.

Sounds good and I know that all of us are hoping for multiole bullrun for this year and I believe that it will happen because all we see that bitcoin are now start to recover it's price. In my own opinion it is a good start. If we are really think as a businessman we need to start to invest more so when the time that bullrun came you also earn more and recover your loss coming from last few years.
I agree, I think after a long fall of the entire cryptocurrency market and especially altcoins, in 2020 there should be a good growth of all cryptocurrencies, especially bitcoin, because bitcoin halving will be very soon, but altcoins, I think, should also show at least some growth after a long fall, and so far at the moment everything is going very well.
This post was before Iran USA tension and we already have our first bull run for this year due to this war like situation. This year could bring Best of luck for all users. I think the effect of halving news is pushing Bitcoin price. Bitcoin should overcome 15k USD before Bitcoin halving. This year also bullrun for new altcoins as last year. Old altcoins could make a little bullrun as Bitcoin SV and Bitcoin Cash. Bitcoin hadn't effect on altcoins so low possible of halving effect. Hopefully it would stay so, because during the last several years, we have already seen a lot of green days, but usually it ended up providing nothing but a short increase which was followed by a massive dump. It does not seem so this time.

A lot are likely feeling the same way so they are buying nowadays before halving because they know the supply will be low by the time halving occur. One that might be alarming is if all had bought already even before halving yet less investors coming after the halving, the price will probably drop when most of us see the chart are slowing seeing the chance of dumps.

We should not really miss the opportunities but we should be very careful on every decisions that we make. The scammers will also be there with us while we wait for these things.
