I have another case of BTC balance disappearing after verification completed to report. I could log in and see BTC balance before, now zero, no transactions or trades history. I still had some USD and other balances, which I turned to BTC and withdrew. The withdrawal came through, so I feel that if someone was trying to scam me why would they have left anything in the account? I have read other reports from people who say all balances were zeroed though. Hopefully this is a temporary mistake.

Anybody considering uploading further information to WEX I would not. I would not surprise me if they asked for this information so they can carry out identify theft as well!

same here..zero funds....although i saw my 1.2 btc before the verification form turn them to ?? and then to 0 now.

There are also some posts on reddit about it. It looks like they reset balances of accounts that are just recently verified in the past days. I can't read posts with same issues with verifications that are already older.

I read in same place that there is a list with users with this problem, but I couldn`t find this list.

I have written to support, and only said You need to wait till someone from support give an answer about your issue. But never said when will be the day!!!!

got an email today from support saying that the issue with verification was fixed ,and indeed it was .

Looks like there are a number of people who are having various problems with WEX.nz. Some people are unable to access their funds because wont complete their verification process. Others are missing fiat funds from when BTC-e went down. In both cases people dont seems to be able to get a response from WEX. Not looking good.

More than 3 days have now passed with the ETH deposit still not being credited and no response from support. Etherscan sees my ETH sitting there on the address I sent it to.

Am I really the only one with this problem??

Actually, I'm guessing that non-Russians are more interested in speculating about the admins, the FBI case, and WEX's connections to BTC-E (and others) than they are in trading on the exchange.

In other words, if people are scared to trade here (and from reading this thread, they are), then clearly they do care...
