As of today i received my btc and tokens from wex.nz
I send them screenshots from the qt wallet transaction back in 2014 as well as a screenshot that showed my intial balance after wex reopened again.
It took some time but it worked out!
tip: if you're ticket remains unanswered, check with the admin in telegram or e-mail them directly.

sort of the same problem here. it looks like i got verified, i can move freely around the site. My funds showed up(at least about 60% of them) when my account was still blocked, but now i'm verified, my funds seem to be missing. There have been no withdrawals/transactions to be seen in history. So it does not look like i got hacked. Support doesn't answer/comply to any of the tickets

You are not hacked. btc-e (now called Wex) is taking the coins of recently verified accounts (that's why there's nothing in your history). At least they only take BTC and LTC out of your account.

The guys were accused of money laundering, it was many US agencies that accused them of money laundering. they already had poor support and yet many people insist on using this shady service and I wonder, what do these people expect when they use this shady service?



you should report the case to the police, if any of you live in the US, then go to the FBI or some other agency and report your case. at least you will have a greater chance of your problem being solved

Many support tickets are not answered. Most still locked since July 2017. I have several people who have tickets submitted on 9/15/17.

Everyone got the same BS lies. According to their websites, those who have 100K gets priority. I know a person who has more then 100K and is locked out with no support.

My account has wWhite IP settings, but due to a network problem I had to edit the IP. After that I was unable to access the old site btc-e.nz on 3 September. I had sent support before September 15th they told wait until September 15th then confirm the account is possible overcome. When the data is transferred to the new website is WEX.NZ but I still can not login to my account. I even asked them how can I log in when my account is being White IP. And they say,
Gavin said: "Hello!
You will have to pass verification. In the near future this issue will be resolved and you will be able to pass the verification on the new site of the exchange. The information will be available in the news on the site. Please wait.
Thank you for contacting us. "

Then they kept telling me to wait. I do not know how long to wait. They no longer answered my ticket. I feel very nervous with my fortune in it. I waited for them on September 15th and now I have not got into my account yet.

they will no longer answer support tickets at btc-e. only through WEX now. they were telling you (i believe) that you will need to set up verification on the new exchange. have you opened up a new ticket through WEX's support portal? if not, go to wex.kayako.com, go to "start a conversation" and choose something like "problem with login to account." quote the information they gave you in the last ticket and tell them you need to verify identity to access your account.

keep us updated. i hope everything works out for you. don't use IP whitelisting. there are much better options for security. more often than not, it will bite you (like this) rather than save you.
