There are already some Bureau De Change in these cities, in these establishments people change currencies, it would be easier for these sites to accept bitcoin as another currency to exchange.
I think this is very good idea of bitcoin shop on the big cities. People going shop and bey sell their bitcoin. They also use their debit card. In this way bitcoin gain more popularity.
I also like this idea because but I like it for those countries where people cannot buy bitcoin from their banks as I have saw some exchanges where only a few countries are allowed to buy bitcoin with their banks or debit cards so in these countries if physical bitcoin shops will come then they will easily buy bitcoin.

but to me i think in big cities it is very difficult to overcome the expenses here in big cities, and specially when yo do no not have a decent business there so that you can easily fulfill ad the requirement. hope this time i am going to trading altcoin. as from altcoin there are some good potential altcoin whose price are expecting to increase more and more in near future.

Not too bring a centralized feeling into this but is there not a bunch of Bitcoin Exchanges already? I'm sure that the people that have Bitcoin are looking for certain methods of spending their Bitcoin because most famous restaurants and shops don't accept Bitcoin as a payment option, they only accept fiat or something similar to it.I hope that more Bitcoin friendly stores were built instead of people building Bitcoin Exchanges just so the price of Bitcoin could jump every direction.
As for the slow confirmation issue, that could get solved pretty easily if the certain countries invested money into a Bitcoin miner then placed transactions into their calculations. That would be a step to a faster confirmation speed, though in-person USB Hardware containing wallet.dat exchanges could work if they just check what’s on the USB hardware through some sort of Block Explorer.

Good thing for many bitcoin users if they can use directly bitcoin for making a transaction like buying a product in a shop and you can pay in bitcoin but surely a very high hidden fees will be deducted in the transaction so not a good idea at all but good start in bitcoin for being a mainstream currency.

True so in my country Bitcoin is not so well known and scattered. I would be very happy when there are many stores that receive bitcoin in my town. But with the current conditions, it feels very hard.I am pretty sure that the people that shop inside Bitcoin stores aren't people that are over the age of 60 years old because it's likely that they don't use computer's as much.
The people that would be inside a Bitcoin shop would be in the 20 years old age range.

The Japan is one of the most popular country that fully accept bitcoin as their additional currency and almost of their shops is accepting bitcoin now and time to time the other stores around the world are trying to accept bitcoin also and i think before the year 2020 the bitcoin is already spread in most of the stores.No it is not and the number of shops accepting bitcoin is nowhere as large as you claim.
Back to the op questions...normal shops are already getting hammered by online shops, what's the point of starting one when you're at a big disadvantage already.
You're tossing away all the advantages bitcoin is giving you.

That is very good idea bro. Because bitcoin nowadays is very popular in many people. By using it in shops in big cities some of the transactions will be smooth and fast. You sometimes doesn't have any momey on your pocket and you want to buy, you only need internet, network. That will make person learn how to manage their money because of the acception in bitcoins in big city.
Im pretty confused dont know if you want an online shop or an exchange for bitcoin
but is pretty much profitable though there are some disadvantages like the delay of payments due to bitcoin scaling and it may seems like volatility is not an concern anymore cause it is properly handled to the countries like japan.

That would be a good idea because as we know many people are using bitcoin in thei everyday lives and some businesses. That would make any transactions very smooth and faster because bitcoin is digital and you only need to get the wallet address of the shop if you going to buy and gonna pay for it. Many people will likely to use bitcoin more often because of high value roo.

You really have a good idea right there if someone actually make a bitcoin payment shop but there are cons and pros on it yes the advantage is that making bitcoin as a payment is really efficient and very fast. Another advantage is that you don't need to deal with cash and coins it is much less hassle and if someone tries to rob you store they will get nothing because it is in online but there are disadvantages on it. One disadvantage is that even though if you put a big store in a big cities there are still not much people who uses bitcoin. Bitcoin is still progressing to be known around the world if one day it does I think the price of the bitcoin is already sky rocket high and some people will not get them because it is too much for them to buy. So I would say if someone does do a store only for bitcoin start with really really small just to try if it will work and if does that would be great and if it doesn't well at least worth a shot.
Currently im forced to exchange my bitcoins to buy something into the shopping, would be great to go into a place and be able to pay with bitcoins, but well, it would require some service like bitcoin debit card wich a company acts between buyer and seller to make the transaction speed up.
