There is no guarantee on which altcoin will make you rich, but the ones with that are privacy related and speed related tend to do the best. Obviously you need your solid developer team that listens to the community with what it wants, and actually gives it. For that reason, I am highlighting Groestlcoin as that altcoin that will do that. They are the first to implement Segwit and the Lightning Network I'm pretty sure - LN for sure.
I think it is all speculation at this point -- and unless its a security you can't really promise anything.
Things to look for when investing in a coin:
1) Partners - who are they partnered with? Do those partners already exist or are they new as well?
2) RoadMap - where is this project headed?
3) Verification - is this project verified? is the company registered? trademarked? etc? by who?

Bitcoin and eth for sure but it will take time.
I agree with you, both that coin will make us to be rich. Because bitcoin is the best coin of all currency that's why, that is the coin to hold, and for Eth that is good to hold for a long term. Actually there's so many altcoin will make us rich, but that 2 coin is more profitable and that's my thought.

I dont think a single coin can make us rich. I still believe that in order to become rich we should have a lot of investment so that our income will come from different invest. So if one investment will not work , you still have a back up. And aside from that when the value of bitcoin fall down, you still have another option. any suggestions what will go very high?

Cryptocurrencies are super volatile by nature. You may buy a coin at $50 per piece today, and tomorrow it drops to 30 cents. That’s just an example. Hence, never invest more than you can afford to!.
