I think in the next couple of years the situation will change and only projects that really want to work and improve the entire infrastructure will appear on the market, for today most of the projects are just scammers

ICO is been called Initial Coin Offering.

Ico is meant for the fund raising of a particular project or vision. Ico is used as a medium to actualize the project by individual funding and assistance. Most of the ico's goes through this process while some don't. Some might go through the medium of selfdrop and all are just good.

ICOs; also known as initial coin offerings; are when companies provide pre saling of tokens on discounted prices before a launch of a new coin. Most of the ICOs are pretty quality based and reliable; although you should always look at the team behind its developement. Are they reliable?

Some ICOs are set out from the onset to scam people, some good ICO can also turn to scam due to the team's inability to meet their roadmap. Some ICO also run foul of regulation thereby forcing government shutdown.
So yes ICO can be scammy but there are still good ones that are relevant and successful.

it all depends on how we see a project. if we have negative thoughts about a project then we will be afraid to join in it. we must know that there are some risks that will be gained in the world of cryptocurrency, and we must be able to avoid it. one of them is by choosing a good ico. it will make us avoid unwanted things.

Not all scammers are in new projects. But about half exactly do not represent anything from themselves but only create a work visibility by copying the code from another successful project.

In fact, there are a lot of good ICO projects that try to create something useful for our world and help investors earn. Therefore, even with such a large number of fraudulent projects, you can find quality.

ICO stands for Initial Coin Offering. When a new coin is launched the organization decides to arrange crowdfunding and pre sale of their tokens through some discounted price which can later be used. Not all of the ICOs are scammy to be precise but in recent times a lot of them are. You need to be careful and do your own research before investing in one.

What Are ICOs And Are They Scammy?

First of all, ICOs are Initial Coin Offering that helps a company or a project to come up with the necessary fund they need to sail away with their offering!

No, as much as many ICOs proved to be scammy, in general, i'd say they are not so scammy in actual potential.

The ICOs could never be scammed as they have permanents record with them!
