I think that stress should be removed differently, just forget about prices and dont look at coinmarketcap a few months. But seriously. I think NEO is the best option HOLD. Gas is now growing very well. You will have a good passive income

I do not have a magic pill. I am calmly treating both growth and falling. When the market is red you can try not to go to the stock exchange and not to look at your portfolio. This is if we are talking about portfolio investments.

If you want low stress then I would either advise a different investment or to simply buy, put in a wallet and walk away for a year and forget about it. If you follow every day then there will be big dips and big rises I think.

Welcome to the world bro, there is none. It is a decentralized market and unless you want to stay on the low cap coins which does not even guarantee non flunctuations, it is something you just have to bear with. Unless of course you want to hold TETHER which would never change from $1. Best is to buy, hold and come back in few years.

Just do not think of it much often. A way of avoiding it is do not check the prices in the market every single hour. Once a day will do so you get the trend. Let your coins sleep for a while, and more importantly you rest rather than watching the market fluctuate. If you have time spend your profits in SPA's and get your self a hot bath, listen to cool music and forget cryptocurrency for 1 hour of relaxing massage and cool music. That way it could relieve stress.

bitcoin,ethereum and iota and other long term coin because they are the coin that you can have to relax because you need to wait a lot of year to get a lot of profits which is much more less stress than checking the short term everyday

In my opinion, You can reduce stress in cryptocurrency if you will chose invest in a long term to a known and proven coins like BTC and ETH.
Don't be too greedy to earn big profits and invest only in amount that you can afford to lose.
Less investments means less STRESS.
