I don't think the prices change really rapidly. If you gamble on bustabit-like casino, there you can see super-fast price changes. It only goes up and is then suddenly worth zero. Fortunately, the real market doesn't have such things and thus you can always sell the coins on some price, not just lose everything.
As for reducing stress - well, one needs to choose quite stable coins for that. NEO, IOTA, LISK, WAVES, DOGE have some price changes (which is enough for profit) and yet don't jump from one price to another like for other coins.

Crypto world is really stressful. So to get less stress only invest money you can afford to loss or extra money so you can hold that coin/token if it goes dip down the price.

Yeah this cryptocurrency thing is stressful specially when you are a investor because your money is involved in it. I was actually going to say that you don't have to stress your self with it but i just realized, as a investor too, that i loss money of my own because of the big eump that is happening today. I'm just giving myself some time to chill and thinking positively that I'll get something out of it someday.

You have to learn not to check prices all the time, otherwise you will go crazy. You have to do your research, decide what coin to invest in and for how long, and then forget about it for some time. Checking the price 5-6 times a day should be enough most of the times. If you check out the prices every ten minutes, you will definitely lose your peace of mind, doesn't matter whether you are winning or losing.

Stress is not a part of any particular investment, its a part of how you go about it. Invest what you can afford to lose, accept market fluctuations, do not lose your day job and do not keep it as your only source of income.

Thats actually a good question since there is a lot of stress in trading business especially in crypto where prices fluctuate so rapidly. Perfect example were events from beginning of the week when most of us were stressed a lot.

Looking for some low stress coins to work with

Something with a mechanism that helps alleviate the stress of crypto price fluctuations?

I was thinking along the lines of NEO that pays you GAS to hold in their wallet, or Lisk with the voting system that pays regularyl or ark, or Shopcorn that acts as a payment module that returns back 10% of spend in the form of coins and lastly SMART cash with its monthly recommendations

Any other recommendations?
