What i say is all about my experience and i would recommend ExpreeVpn for your online security.
There is no example of expressvpn over the whole web. It has maximum privacy, doesn't store logs of session.
This vpn also offers its new users a free 7 days trial with full benefits.

Express VPN is not bad true. But I would not say that it's the Best Smiley

The only cons i would like to add here is that  it doesn't block ad trackers.

NordVPN has now a function to block ad trackers. PureVPN as well. IPVanish does not have it, but i think that's not the most important, as you can do it by using some browser plugins.
Yeah, PureVPN easily does that. That's why they are the top mountain. Wink

They are the top mountain?? Where? Shocked

I'm using IPvanish on my laptop. Not sure bout the technical ins and outs but it came recommended to me so its the only one I've ever used - don't even have anything to compare it to. I currently pay about $26(AUD) every 3 months and pretty happy with that.

Interface/usability is great, it doesn't slow my computer down and it works perfectly for what I use it for (torrents, overseas tv etc), no complaints here but if anyone has a better suggestion for an alternative (perhaps a cheaper one?) I'm all ears.. Smiley

You asked about cheap one? 6$/Year, Check my signature  Wink

But IPVanish.... It's US Based company, belongs to the Five Eyes (but they are activist), so some might say, you can trust them but i guess the majority will say "Don't".
Till now, they have been no negative report about IPVanish, and I tested them also: they are really really fast (I mean their network).

there is a sub on reddit which I think was called /r/VPN which had a lot of good information. you should visit there. there is this site: https://thatoneprivacysite.net/ which I have also found it there which has an awesome spreadsheet (which used to be on google docs before but now moved to a standalone website) which compares a lot of VPN providers based on different criteria and ranks them. it also has other useful information in it. check out the "Detailed VPN Comparison" section. you can even download the .csv or .xlsx file on your computer.

Good stuff!

so saying that, you will rather trust IPVanish - US based company than ExpressVPN - British Virgin Islands (BVI) company that is basically a british orverseas territory (even if they don't say that clearly - its under the jurisdiction and sovereignty of the United Kingdom)?

Regarding the British Virgin Islands, I'd have to look into their data retention laws. Given that various shady companies (like Bitfinex) are incorporated there, I bet their laws are fine and don't require logging. But research is in order, and I'm personally comfortable with PIA for now.

Also note that mandatory data retention in the States is no longer in place, however, internet metadata is still retained for one year by many large US corporations such as Amazon through NSA surveillance programs succeeding operations like Prism and Muscular.

Good point. Most VPNs have servers on AWS or Choopa, and this is why metadata is still recoverable in some cases. Maybe this is why, in the case referenced above, investigators knew that the alleged hoaxer resided in Southern California. Difficult for them to build a case off that, though.

Guys, what are the Best Anonymous VPN Services for you?

Sometimes if I want to use VPN, I use Zenmate for Desktop and my Android phone, very comfortable to use and simple..
uthen
These are VPN plugin available for Opera or Chrome. This can provide a limited services without an enterprise authentication.  I would suggest you get Cisco VPN client connect. This can be trusted VPN for the companies and corporate projects. For using your own laptop or pc means you can use Zenmate, Betternet, Dotvpn and etc...

Guys, what are the Best Anonymous VPN Services for you?

Well i would like to share my experience and feedback on Nord vpn , since i have use it for past few years.I came to know about nord VPN from one of my friend who was using personally for his website. Nord vpn is easy to setup and and simple to use. Its has Wide variety of servers available, including ultra-fast and ultra-secure servers with Up to six simultaneous connections, it should be increase now i hope so. Here in this vpn P2P is allowed with Multiple data centers and It also Supports all major operating systems, and this is the main reason which i was seeking for my Linux based system. The only cons i would like to add here is that  it doesn't block ad trackers.

I have been 143 VPN from a few years now and never had any troubles with them. The monthly subscription comes cheap and has advanced features like port forwarding and of course does not store any logs. Have also tried RA4W VPN and it is pretty good too with various server locations for as cheap as $3/month.
None the less, there are countless number of VPNs out there today and almost all of them provide quality service at a very nominal cost.

Also don't forget the fact that PIA is a US-based company..

IPVanish says for example that they own and have physical control over their entire operational infrastructure, including the servers, unlike Unlike many other VPN services.

But there is one point I don't understand. We are saying "Be careful with US-based VPN Providers". At the same time, it's said:

the US, one of the few countries that do not have a mandatory data retention policy.
Taken from this page:

Can someone explain me this please? It's really confusing.

The US is actually a good place to run a no-log VPN service. Legally, many other countries mandate VPN providers to log some information about their users. This is not the case in the US. One can more likely trust a US company that says they don't log, because legally they can get away with it. This was proven by the case last year, where PIA was unable to provide any information about a suspected hoaxer except for his/her general location of Southern California (many millions of people).

Just like you need to trust companies that say they don't log, you need to trust companies at their word that they actually control their infrastructure. At least in the case of PIA, we know they were not logging IP addresses as of last year and they are not legally mandated to.
