Pollution is a symptom of the problem.  Human population growth is the root cause.

The sun is the greatest cause of climate change. If you don't like climate change, get out there and control the sun.

there are many causes for climate change largely due to activity of man and the nature

The industrial revolution started in the 18th century. But the climate change wasn't noticed until the 1970s or so. The gas emissions before that were not very significant. The issue worsened only during the 1970s, when the burning of fossil fuels reached a peak.

1. Greenhouse effect or 'Greenhouse effect' is a condition when heat (solar radiation) trapped in the atmosphere (troposphere layer).

2.Global warming The phenomenon of climate change originated from global warming. Global warming is a state where the temperature of the earth has increased compared to before.

3.Damage to the Ozone Layer Then, what is the relation of global warming with ozone layer damage? The ozone layer (O3) lies in the stratosphere and serves to block out ultraviolet B (UV-B) radiation from the sun.

The vast majority of the forest-land in the tropics are gone. In countries such as India and Indonesia, forests now represent less than one-third or one-fourth of the land area. And this proportion is going down on a constant basis despite preservation efforts. If you want to decrease the concentration of CO2, then something must be done to stop this rabid deforestation.

If you really want to take action against climate change, then you need to prevent deforestation. More than 25 million acres of tropical forests are lost every year. Planting a few trees here and there will not make up for it.

You are still trying to defend something which is indefensible. This planet has been in existence for over 5 billion years. Never before such a sharp change in the atmospheric composition has occurred in such a short duration (<50 years).

industry has been around for about 200 yrs...the constant change in the climate has been around since the beginning of the earth...for some reason, people these days seem to believe that the relative mixture of gasses in the atmosphere just prior to the industrial revolution is the way it should always remain...even thought it was only so for the blink of a geological eye...science is still young...and as such, it can be a bit haughty and pseudo-omnipotent at times

* Global changes like global warming, melting of the polar ice, greenhouse effect etc.
* Depletion of the Ozone layer of the atmosphere.
* Surge in carbon dioxide and other harmful gas content.

Causes : The causes of climate change can be narrowed down to two key things. The first is releasing CO2 and CO(greenhouse gases) into the atmosphere. These gases form a layer that traps the sun's rays and warms the atmosphere. The second is the destruction of the Ozone layer, which enables more solar rays to penetrate through it and warm the earth.

The main cause of climate change is the increase of human activities in the production of greenhouse gases, the over-exploitation of greenhouse gases such as biomass, forests , marine, coastal and other marine ecosystems.

Climate change is as a result of human activities all around the world.Burning fosil fuel to run our engines,burning plastics etc.All these that are released into the atmosphere has lead to a serious climatic change with severe consequences.Our rainfall patterns are changing which is affecting agriculture so much especially in developing countries,floodings sometimes due to over rainfall etc.If we could establish proper tree planting and reduce deforestation,the canker may reduce drastically.

Burning of plastics causes pollution, but I am not sure whether it is having any significant impact on the climate change. That said, the burning of plastics is considered to be the primary reason behind the spike in cancer cases where I live. Burning such materials releases a lot of carcinogens in to the atmosphere.

The causes of climate change are the one that contribute to pollutions like those factories and vehicles that emits poisonous gases. Those poisonous gases makes our ozone layer thinner.

You are right. The planet is not capable of sustaining such a large human population. As per my calculations, it may be able to support a human population of around 2 billion, which is about 1/4th of the current world population.

The main factor of climate change is the uncontrolled action of man on the planet.

I think the reason for climate change is that in our human activities, there are so many bad activities like deforestation, environmental pollution, etc.
Most of the purposes of all these activities are money .And in particular, the problem of population growth has made matters worse.

If all this bad activity continues, I'm not sure that we can sit here and talk about bitcoin on this bitcointalk forum.
