For me trust rating comes first. Security and trustworthy are the most important things that I check at gambling site. I need to feel safe and secure to diminsh the possible scam chances or any other issues.
Also, fast or instant withdrawals are very nice features and important too but only if it comes together with trustworthy. That is why I prefers older platforms with some past and references. With brand new you can't exactly know what you'll get.

I do think whatever you have listed in the list all of them are equally important at the same time :

* It should be easy to use even for people who are not that familiar with internet so that it will have a wider audience

*It should also interactive support for the people who are using it.
Like some chat head in the corner where people can put up their comments and experience

*At the same time you can try working out with smart contracts if some big transaction is made

* You guys can provide link to the recent events happening online all at one place so that users can switch the screens and watch too on your site.

* You can legally inform the users that your company is established and been in the market since a long time , most users are afraid to use any site

What I want to ask is :
How do you guys want to establish instant withdrawals ? That's really really important.

What matters is trust the users will have , therefore you have to first strengthen that and asking people what they need is actually a good go.

To express my thoughts fully, the fact that all the options in the survey are together are very important factors especially for a newly established service. If you want to evaluate the options on the questionnaire and choose only one option, my preference will be the fast withdrawal option because this factor is very important for many users. Also, I would like to briefly state my opinions about other options in the survey.
First of all, I would like to say that the age factor alone is not important for a business or online service to gain user trust. For this reason, it is necessary to pay attention to many different factors in order to gain user trust, and to gain this trust, it should be known that the age factor is not the only determinant.
On the other hand, the fact that betting odds are offered to users is also a very important and impressive factor because many people are accustomed to the system in their region and do not want to change this habit easily. I usually like to join an older platform to which until now is working. But still it depends on every individual on how he/she assist his/her decision towards the sports that one do like. It will also depend on what sports does the platform focuses. In my point of view I'd rather joined a group of basketball player than any of the sports games being played or being introduced.

Anyway, the good thing is that there are already platforms running and to chose from since there are already manynplatform to chose from joining a group os a sports betting and etc.

I think talking about instant withdrawal, the first thing that would come in mind is the reputation of the site because from all experiences I have gathered, only reputable sites offer instant withdrawal. I have never seen a non-reputable site that offers quick withdrawal and no site that gives quick withdrawal ever turns out fake.

The most important thing for me and I don't fail in checking that out is - Trust rating. I'd like to emphasize that I disagree with you, for me, the most important is trust, site reputation as without that, even if they have the best feature in the gambling world, gamblers would never trust to risk their money on that site.

I don't think there is any sportsbook that offer Instant withdrawal and yes its pretty risky for both parties (user and owner) to have this feature. When directbet exist, they offer betting without registering an account and your win will be directly sent to your bitcoin address after the match is done.  This might be considered as almost instant as you don't have to manually make any withdrawals, haven't seen the same feature in any of the new sportsbook.

The feature that I want isn't on your list.I want the ability to watch live games inside my crypto sports betting account.You can do that with bet365,but you are required to have some money in your account balance AFAIK.That would be awesome.

On the security side of things, isn't having instant withdraws the source of problems when it comes to these service providers getting hacked AFAIK these days it's nolonger an instant process because withdraws go through manual checks before they authorize the withdrawal.....unless otherwise, I stand to be corrected.

I believe onehash provides with the instant withdrawal access. Here the betting volume for specific games weren't very big, but here you can find almost every game with limited spending possibilities. I've experienced instant settlement with directbet as it directly sends the winning amount to respective wallet address provided to receive the winnings.
