yeah those are the major problems that Nigeria are supposed to face, but the insecurity problem it's what the president have always said to be solved in this country but I think it's something that can't be solved anymore. Cause all the leaders are the one's who don't want it to be solved because they're also doing things which are at of law, if you take a look at the bad side of it that because of the bad economy or cause of the insecurity, or because of the bad leaders that'll make we the cizitens to run from our own country. And we all know that the corruption doesn't start today but if they'll take the old leg and they don't want to accept change that means if you find a way of running out of the country then you should, because the people we have as our leader don't believe in change economy.

I can agree with you when you said our leaders are those who don't want our insecurity problems to be resolved. I don't think there's country that's got a plenty and solid leadership hierarchy like Nigeria as far as my knowledge is concerned. It's in Nigeria that we have 3 arms of government, the Executive, the Legislative and the Judiciary all having their duties and responsibilities to lead Nigerians aright. Let's start with the executive arm of the government which comprises of the President at the federal level, the Governors at the state level and the Local Government chairmen at the local government level. In Nigeria, there's 1 president, 36 governors and 774 Local government chairmen that are saddled with the responsibility of leading the nation at their own respective mandates.

Followed by the legislative arm of the government which comprises of the National Assembly and the State Assemblies. In Nigeria, we have 1 senate president, 1 Speaker of the Federal House of Representatives, 109 senators, 360 federal representatives. That's at the federal level. At the state level, there's 1 Speaker each of the 36 states making them 36 in numbers. To calculate the total number of the members of all the 36 states Assembly, you may need to calculate based on each state level. Although the minimum number of members in each state is 24 while the maximum is 40. Now when we try to look for the average, we will have around 28 members per state. Going by this average, we can assume that we have around 30 members across each state and when you times it with the total number of 36, we will have around 1,080 members in the country. Huge right? Okay. Now let's also add the Councillors. Each local government council have around 10 councillors as their elective legislative councils. Now when you sum that up with the 774 LGAs in Nigeria, you have around 7,774 councillors in Nigeria.

In the Judiciary, you have the Supreme Court, which is the highest court in Nigeria with the Chief Justice of Nigeria  known as the CJN as the head. Then the Court of Appeal which is the intermediate appellate court usually headed by the President of the Court of Appeal, then the Federal High Court headed by a chief judge, then the 36 state high courts, then the National Industrial Court, the Shari'a Courts of Appeal and the Customary Courts, then the Magistrate and District Courts and finally the National Judicial Council which serves as the administrative body of these courts.

We will then talk about the traditional rulers in the country which includes the first class emirs also known as the paramount rulers which are spread across regions of the country such as the the Sultan of Sokoto, the Ooni of Ife, the Emir of Kano, the Oba of Benin, the Obi of Onitsha among few others. Then second class emirs, and then third class emirs scattered across the various states of the country.

Yet, with all these exhaustive number of leaders in this country, we can't solve the problem of insecurity that's widespread in the country. Yet, these leaders have created synergies and collaborate among themselves when it comes to discussing issues of their own interest. Of recent, we've seen the president organizing meeting between himself and the traditional rulers in the country after he had met with the Nigeria Governors Forum ahead of the nationwide protests that started today which goes to tell you that these leaders can actually work together to bring about lasting solutions to the insecurity bordering the peace of the lives and properties of average Nigerians. Unfortunately, each of these leaders have their own interest and in most cases we've seen them fighting for their own individual or group interests rather than the interest of their followers or that of the citizens.

How can insecurity end this way?

Nigeria was a nice and sweet country ever,  but all of sudden things turned apart. What do think should be done now?

What bring sudden change of things is actually greediness, even though I was not born but I was told about it how our pass leaders lead with honesty and justice, our pass leader are far far better then this people that we have now, nowadays leaders are competing with each other that why they didn't concentrate on us again only themselves and their family.

What I will suggest we do know is to rewrite the constitution so that everyone will be carry along, if really the follow this constitution with fears things will be better but since it will not favour them they keeps amending it everyday to favour themselves.

you're right but that will be after the protest that the cizitens are about to partake, with this your idea changing the constitution to new one it's not bad but if only the new government agrees to change the constitution. But if you watch well in the sector the new leaders are not doing anything that concerns or help the cizitens, everything about the government right now it's somehow infant everybody are bitterly complaining. So I think it we go with this your idea some many things will change for sure.

Nigeria was a nice and sweet country ever,  but all of sudden things turned apart. What do think should be done now?

Insecurity- insecurity is one of the major problem Nigerians are facing and causing serious damage to the economy directly or indirectly. It is more paramount among the people living in a rural area or underdeveloped society and this are the people living in urban rely on for their agricultural food production. With this issue of insecurities alot of farmer have not been able to carry out their farming activities which now lead to low production and hike in price of commodities.

Corruption- Each individual have been suffering from this and it as seriously deprive Nigerians of their growth. Corruption can be in any form and in any level as far human is conscience. It can not be totally evicted but it can be reduce to a minimal level for the growth of the country in general.

Economy instability: The rising in price of food and the weaker the naira in exchange market is one of the major problem causing inflations in Nigeria the more we continue to abandon this the worse the economy will continue to be.

The major problems  facing Nigerians are as followed:-

1. Corruption: Nigeria as a country is rich and blessed with abundance of mineral resources but most of this abundance resources instead of been used to develop the country are rather been stolen/looted and exploited by greedy and desperate political leaders, powerful  business moguls and top security chiefs just for the purpose of enriching themselves and their household alone.

2. Insecurity
: This is a major concern/problem facing the country as many Nigerians have been gruesomely killed in their homes, villages and farms while others are either been kidnapped, raped and  robbed and their valuables carter away. Insecurity as a major concern in the country is now affecting both the rich and the poor and the government are less concerned about it.

3. Bad Economy:
Nigeria as a country is now facing/experiencing her worse economic hardship/crises ever as many Nigeria have been lamenting of surge inflation of goods and food commodities, devaluation of the  naira as our currency have continued to loose value and hight cost of petroleum products and electric tariff. This is a major concern that our govt should look into as life have become  more unbearable for the common man in the country.

4. Unemployment
: Millions of Nigeria youths are unemployed as thousands are still graduating every year from Various universities across the country with little or no hope of securing a better job. This have made our youths to indulge in various illegal and criminal activities and have also become tools for desperate politicians.

I think the major Problem Nigerians are facing is insecurity problem an inflation problem..The way our country is now,it is just as if man will run out of his own country and go to somewhere else, but we cannot run because this is our home, and there is nothing we can do about it.The corruption we see today, there as been a foundation that has been laid for it,and a platform that anybody that comes must work on,if you try to violate or do your own, they will either remove you from the office or eliminate you, while they have also made the cost of living very high for citizens, couple with insecurity problem.

Naija major problem na the way wey people take dey enter supposedly "elected office". Na this be the koko of the matter. It is the first thing wey go begin make someone become an official of government, once dem swear dem in then the rest na history. If Nigeria fit take away bad electoral system and people wey masses elect enter to serve, I believe say the bad governance wey we dey witness go dey ameliorated. So the process of election wey we dey see different vices including how dem dey deny people to vote for polling station and all the fake story about glitch, then things go begin change. Stealing of the people mandate has been the problem so far from the time of Abiola to the last election, na so dem no dey allow people wey win election enter the seat. So how things go better if not from bad to worse. Subsidy is gone and bag of rice na 80k, na that one person go take survive?

bag of rice 80k we no fit survive am but them no dey reason all this one's my brother, mostly the fault dey come out from the moment when them dey do the election we ourselves we follow cost am. We go see the rightful one but money and other things go take our minds, but even without our votes who won enter go still enter the seat that na the major corruption way we supposed solve. As long as them know say the cizitens dey after money na waiting them go still use dey bribe us, and after everything them no go still do waiting them talk about na waiting them supposed focus them no go focus. So my fellow citizens anyhow them won run am we go follow them up like that.

Disunity and inflation,  e choke,  no unity among Nigerian, we dey very disorganised,  we can't speak in one voice, if you speak up, others will say becos the man no be ur tribe person, they no even get to know the offense of the man,  bcos him from one particular tribe. The people there will try to protect their own. That's why we don't progress, If you speak against Tinubu the yorubas will not see de things u dey talk, dem go talk say u dey fight him government bcos as no be igbo man be president,  we dey very disorganised.

Price of goods ans services wan kill de living,  and no protest nothing, everyone dey act okey, but we no dey okey. Hungry dey the land.

my brother everybody dey see all this things but if you talk who go dey your back hmmm, person way you think say go dey your back to support you na him go first you run before you because the country nobody dey understand each other's. For me..the major problem wey Nigerians dey really face now na the high cost of food stuffs, which don make some people find am difficult to affordable for their families to eat, even people wey dey work self dey also find am difficult too.

The way price of food dey cause now don make some of our youth dey do some kind things wey them dey do now like stealing, kidnapping, ritual etc and nothing wey our leaders dey do, people dey really suffer and come see the way wey food dey costly, come make the people life more miserable and hard for them, na e make e dey advisable to learn a skill, to be able to feed our selves, make we no dey wait for our leader office.

all this sign na to show the citizens say our so called leaders them no really care about us, even as things they cost like this e no affect them or any of their families. And them no even know the major problem way this Nigeria really need, first our president started from fuel subsidy we still dey battle for that one this cost of things come up again. So anybody way blame the youth's for stealing or doing something wrong isn't right, we should blame the leaders no work everything dey enter their pockets. E good like that.

Nigeria was a nice and sweet country ever,  but all of sudden things turned apart. What do think should be done now?

Nigeria major problem are too many but we can't really figure out the major one's yet. The insecurity is something that the nation are really fighting about but the leaders can't really figure it out yet, work opportunities are what we need mostly right now and if they can remove all the old ones and try to put the 30th men and woman that they're still vibrant and strong to control the sector. But the people who are their are not operating with their mindset, their just their to help their own families and forgetting that they have the nation to face on. State and local security for the government and to the society, which they aren't helping out with any security the ones claiming to be the one to change the security system he/she is doing the worse then the people thinks. So the major problem is to change the people called the leaders and put in the new blood on that site. That's is my own opinion towards this.

Some of us fit talk say na the government be our problem for this country but if we think am well we go see say we too as citizens dey put hand spoil am, our politicians has bribed and corrupted most of the youths that they do their biddings for a token. It can only take the grace of God to revive this country, even the youths that are lamenting that the oldies are not capable of handling the situation are not any better than the oldies because everyone is only bothered about his welfare and that of his household but I believe the youths will/might do the right thing (hopefully)

What I think should be done in order to make the country better is to change the entire system, strip these old men off their positions and appoint younger men/women in their 30s then Nigeria will be better again.

what you think it's not a bad idea at all, but even if the youth's went their to rule. Don't you think they'll still behave as the other ones as well, for me it seems like whoever goes their  as a leader never change either he/she becomes more worse, but looking at things the old ones aren't trying and even if we strip them out what about the things they've already committed. And we ourselves aren't still helping each others so think, no one will go their and make change if we do not try to make it now their will be no changes later. Look at the cost of things now and I believe that most of the leaders their kids aren't even experiencing what's going on in this Nigeria. So at this leg and this style they've already set no one will love to go there and want it change as well. Because they're the ones enjoying it most.

Nigeria was a nice and sweet country ever,  but all of sudden things turned apart. What do think should be done now?

A lot has to be done to salvage Nigeria from the quagmire we're in already. For Nigeria to be better, we have to undergo some attitudinal change, where many Nigerian citizens and the leaders will have to revamp their attitudes towards themselves and to the rule of law. Selective discipline and judgement happens to be one major problem bedeviling our development as a nation today because anyone who have an opportunity to get close to power is quick to break or undermine the rule of law and to use the power with them to oppress others. It has become so rampant that everyone including businesspeople in the country are struggling to occupy positions of power so they can use that to protect their businesses and even shield their trades from law enforcement agencies and tax enforcement agencies. If we want things to change, it must begin with us.

you know that some people just believe that once they get there, their problems or they're the one and only one  controlling the nation. And I support you as you said that, if we want things to change it must begin with us. The thing is that we ourselves we aren't helping each other's, we know that our country Nigeria isn't going well but we're still the same person that will take money, on a little help you should lend to your people but they'll try all means just to get something from you. But the major problem is that Nigeria have so many things to be fixed before we can get ourselves first, at this point the leaders that we got aren't helping at all but we Nigerian are still trying to get ourselves by all means. So my conclusion is that if the leaders can't solve the problem we're facing right now then we should help ourselves out from it.
