Yes reputation is one of the things that person will build in his starting escrow service because if someone is lacking of that reputation then less people will trust him, so it is better to build it piece by piece and start it buy doing micro transactions and it will be the start of getting positive trust and having a good reputation and after that it will be a good reputation and an easy escrow service.

Starting an escrow service is not so easy at it may look like, because you need to gain a trust of the community that gathers on the bitcointalk.org.
Also, your feedback needs to be positive, and people need to be sure that you have already made many trades or some transactions with the forum users, and there were no issues about it.

With escrow, you obviously need at least hero member rank account, but legendary is the most recommended rank.
You also need to be recognized by the participants, and there cannot be anything shady in your history or current behaviour. Remember, that the people need to trust you to make you able to start such a service.

If you fulfill all the terms of the transaction completely, then any owner of the company will be able to pay attention and increase his trust in a good manager.

And we all know that trust cant be build or gain overtime which means it would really takes time for you to build and earn the trust of community which is really very hard.Anyone could really become an escrow as long there are people who would trust your service that you offer but I would say it would be hard for starters because of the competition against reputable members here on this forum but still don't lose hope as long you are honest to your service then it would still do.

Actually, being escrow or to become an escrow it doesn't need any requirements I think the only requirements to be needed for you to become an escrow is you need to have someone here in this community who entrusted you, or someone will endorse or recommend you here because they know you. Meaning, you need to build trust in this industry.

I think a trust is an important point. but on the other we also have to have the skill and ability to do manage a transaction. because an escrow required for an advanced was an intelligent and astute. escrow is a pretty difficult job to do.

I think you need to build a good a relationship in the community in this thread, we need to be kind and humble in this forum, know to talk nicely to the member. or there should be at least one or more of the community in this forum will prove that you are trustworthy.

One person wont be enough to prove the community that you are trustworthy since you could make trades anytime with another account and you can just simply trade yourself in one another.Its not convincing at all thats why its better to have more trades with other person the more the better and trust would really build up in the long run.

TL;DR : Help other member and be a good member at least member must know you for your great help and support, but don't ask to earn trust to do Escrow job probably you would get red trust instead.

To be an escrow. You need to be a trusted member here. In your case, you have a default trust. You need to get trust rating in order for you to be an escrow. Just start it with a small trading. You could get trust from that. For example, you trade your btc to a member here. If the trade was successful. The member you have traded will give you positive feedback.

In my point of view and perception regarding about your concern, for you to become an escrow no.1 rule you must be trustworthy in this industry or on this thread. You must build trust to anyone here in this forum, if there is some member here give their trust to you and you prove that you are worth it, that member is the first community who will tell about the transaction you've made, meaning there is no requirement except on having an account in bitcointalk.org that's it.

Why? There are few site, that are providing escrow service, but they are not trusted, run by a single person, dont know if they are legit. We can not trust them.

Why Choose this forum: First of all this forum is Legit. Run by many people.
Secondly trusted guy can apply for "Escrows" service.

Requirement for escrow serivce:
- Reputable
- His picture and address will be verified by the team. (Verification can be done through courier service)
- Contact address will be verified.
e.g

This can protect everyone from escrow scams, like we see here previously #ifuknowwhatimean

Trusted members, how are they trusted in the first place? by other trusted members. having green trust means nothing as I can see they're getting away with ignoring payments to some members.
If you try to be an escrow they'll tag you saying that you have no trust or past experience, yeah I tried to have experience but no body accepted my deals.
Results are in this forum only exclusive members(inner circle) are trusted.
