The most safest bitcoin wallet is hardware wallet and not any online wallet. SO coinbase and blockchain shares the same risk. However, both these online wallets are time tested and trusted by millions.
So if you are not holding your entire bitcoin savings in these wallets, it is good. Put the majority of your bitcoins in hardware wallet only. However, put a fraction in these online wallets.

Yes bitcoin to totally safe in blockchain.info it's official and 100% trusted and I can't say anything for 3rd party wallet so better use official version from blockchain which have android app also
You can actually use blockchain.info it was a very trusted site and it is the number one site for wallet keeping. Its been years that i have been keeping my btc in that site and up to now i dont lost any coins. So i guarantee the safety of btc in that site further the constant changing of wallet address in that site give the site features more secure.

There isn't exactly a trusted list of Bitcoin wallet and sites. Nothing can be 100% safe. There are quite a lot of Bitcoin wallets that are good. I use Coinbase and Bitcore. I haven't had any problems with it so far. The are both quite good in the lists for security and they even your transaction fee!
