Who knows... We're already in it, living, breathing and other things we humans do. So in the end, we'll know what should have been and what not. Just live your life 😁

You should have thought before you posted this. While posting this very long thread, you have wasted your time in vain because you can actually avoid doing so and just talk less.

For the number one statement, you had, watching videos will give you more than what you expect. There are too many videos on social media that are so much educational and that is the reason why some people spend their time watching videos on social media platforms. I don't have time to waste reading the rest because I have a lot of things to do and I'm busy with my personal business and I won't mind the other's business!

...reading this forum and studying the cryptocurrency on the monitor screens. Yes, it really is in most cases. But I want to say that there are much more valuable things around us: Family, children, beloved wife, mother.. Let's give them more of our time and not live this life so useless.

We all know about all of these. Thank you for wasting 2 minutes from my life for reading your topic and two more minutes to post this reply.  Grin

PS: I hope you have no plagiarize it from anywhere.

Wasting my live on Promoting/investing in bitcoin (cryptocurrency in general)  actually that's what people think

I can sympathise with you. A lot of people think I am wasting my time exploring various crypto currencies and economies. I think I am wasting time creating projects to explore in the company of others. All I seem to be doing is checking applications, and deleting stuff from prospective spammers. It would be more productive to create a number of alts, and just talk to myself. Smiley

Wasting my live on Promoting/investing in bitcoin (cryptocurrency in general)  actually that's what people think I'm doing. Even got my allowance caught off by my parents because of report they got from relatives on facebook that I'm wasting my time on blockchain related business (they call it gambling) instead of studying for white collar jobs. Grin Only the future will tell if I was truly wasting my time.

6. working
7. playing with kids
8. arguing with the wife
9. dealing with relatives

Value is subjective. One man's trash is another man's treasure.

There is no point is imposing your values on someone else. It creates more problems than benefits.

Some interesting things you've got on your list.

Not my list. That is what the OP said we should be doing instead of wasting our lives on other things.

1. That's true. Browsing social networks, news websites, Youtube and etc eats a lot of our time. It become much bigger thing when smartphones become very popular. Now people become less productive at work also, because instead of working they waste time on social networks and other websites.
2. Personally, I don't talk on phone so much. Maybe I would say that mainly women usually have very long conversations. But now most of us spend a lot of time chatting on Messenger and other text messages platforms.
3. Luckily I live in small city. Even if traffic is big there, I have to spend only 15 minutes to reach my home from other part of city. I can't imagine myself living in large city where I would have to waste 1-2 hours just to come back from work to home.
4. In past I spend a lot of time playing computer games. Now I don't have so much time to play. I agree that now games are really attractive, but for some reason I don't want to play it so much, maybe because that I feel that i'm wasting my time. Now I don't even have any games on my smartphone.
5. That's true. I watch TV a lot, it's turned ON whole evening at my home, even if I don't watch it and do other things. There's stats that ratings of traditional TV is decreasing, but now more people watching Youtube, Netflix and similar video content platforms on their TV. But in my country it's become popular to not have TV at home. People just don't find things to watch on it, they don't want to waste their time watching shitty local TV programs. If they want to watch something, they can find it on VOD platforms.
And one thing - at the top of Bitcointalk page I see total my time when I spent here - it's 73 days or 2 months of my life. Probably I spent much more without being logged in. Bitcointalk probably ate biggest time of my free time and I feel that I was able to spend it more productive.

Who defines what is worth to spend your time with? When I was younger I loved to play video games and spent a lot of time to World of Warcraft. I enjoyed it very much, met a lot of people and some of them are still friends. Something that seems worthless to you may not be worthless for others.

...our daily life spends most of your time? Let's see.:

   1. Today, a huge part of humanity sits for hours on the Internet - .... for 20 years you will spend almost 10 months of your life!!! Is it worth it?

   2. Endless conversations on the phone. ...30-40 minutes a day, and it's almost six months of your life in just 20 years!

   3. The biggest problem of big cities is traffic jams!! ... in large cities, people spend 3 hours a day...

   4. Another very interesting article of your time spent is computer games! ....begins to play the games in 10 years, finishing it in 30 years(and many later) in average for 4 hours per day over those 20 years is obtained as more than 3 years.

   5. And finally, the most important time destroyer of all people Is the TV! .... there are much more valuable things around us: Family, children, beloved wife, mother.. Let's give them more of our time and not live this life so useless.
....

I talk on the phone about computer games when watching TV over the internet, in traffic jams.

You are hurting the feelings of the phones, computer games, TV and internet. And the traffic jam has rights too. How would you feel if you were a traffic jam and people were insulting you like this?

It is not exactly wasting because we have time that's why we are engaged with all these activity.

Anyways I read in my economics text book that varied means of entertainment are very necessary  as they keep population growth in check Smiley Smiley
