people are now so pessimistic with the market nobody believes any token can rise. My strategy is to hold 50% of my token and use the other 50% to purchase project in there dip. Am avoiding ethereum, its a terrible coin to hold as top coin.
That will depend on market situation. Either i want to hold or sell the tokens. If market is in good condition i prefer selling. But you can hold it for a while also. And mixed selling and holding some proportion can also work.
When I began working with bounty I hold everything.
Then, I hold 33%, 33% change to more interesting coins and 33% sold.
Now all market is dip and I don't want to sell anything..

I decided to hold almost all tokens I have received from doing bounties until the prices of each unit appreciates. I see no sense in selling off at very low price. 
Well even now most bounties are not even paying out their tokens to hunters, most are on hold now with many postponement 
. Its all good since even if they pay it now we have to hold for the market to turn green in order to get the required fruit of our labor.

what i do is sell it and buy other coins that are in the coinmarketcap top 100, because I believe more than investing in top 100 altcoins than new altcoins, even though the opportunity for new altcoins increases very high prices can occur but the opportunity to make new altcoins doesn't have a price can happen too, therefore I prefer to invest in safer altcoins.

usually I will hold some time, anticipating if at any time the price of the token has increased very large, but if the development of the price of the token continues to decline, then I prefer to replace the token to the token that I believe

I am trying to hold potential ones and leave rest of them or even sell in order to change for more stable crypto and buy ethereum, bitcoin, top 20 crypto assets

Excellent strategy. I think you are right way about you bounty token. Last 8-9 month the are going down day by day. But I think it is right time to holding all of the bounty token. Not only bounty token I am also trying to buy token for holding. Hope the market rise again as last year. Waiting for a good moments. I usually leave them for a long time because given past experience, it's better to wait a couple of years and get a lot more profit from these coins than if I sold it right away. But there is also the risk of losing everything
I used to sell my coins as soon as they appeared on the stock exchange, now it is not so, I keep because the prices are ridiculous.
My tactic is this - some coins I drained immediately and some are kept because they think that they have a future. The current market is increasingly difficult as even promising coins have a small price. So at the moment most of my coins I am holding , waiting for that growing market will rise and their value , although some of them certainly die .
I used to think that it is worth keeping all the tokens received from bounty companies only in the long term. Now I realized that it is worth selling 50 percent of the received tokens at once and leaving 50 percent in the long term. But specifically at the moment to sell immediately is not worth it, because the market below and better to wait for the return of the bulls.
I always hold my coin 100% until the coin I hold has a value above ico or almost touches the price of ico, if the coin still has a low price then I will save for a very long time
