I'm using my ETH to invest in other digital currencies, some of which I have earned and lost. After so much practice, I think it's better to hold ETH.
I use ETH for trading and small amounts of it goes to transaction fees. I'm thinking of trying using ETH for investing in ICO but I still don't know if it's worth it.
I use Eth for money transferring, investing in ICO and paying gas for tokens transactions. Also I love Ethereum network and want to support it, so I often use it.

I get paid for some of my freelance services in ETH, I am just keeping it in the wallet. I plan to withdraw some when it reaches at least $2000.
I am using ethereum for multiple purpose one for trading mostly in decentrelised exchanges , Seconed to fill GAS for sending tokens from my ethereum wallet to exchanges . some are holding for long term because ethereum blockcahin technology acquired by most of the projects . Even recently russian government planning to create their own crypto currency using ethereum blockcchain technology.
I prefer trading using ETH, because I already feel a lot of benefits and benefits. until now I continue to hold my money in this coin. I am not so interested in ETH made for investment, because I already hold some of my favorite coins to be used as an investment event, in comparison to other coins, ETH is more suitable to trade or to buy ICO than in making investment facilities. but, it all depends on the mood and likes of the users, how they play the coins.

mostly, i used my eth just for saving, become a long-term investment, it has enough stable price. but once i need some stuff, i will sell an eth to FIAT
last time i used eth to buy ICO, those ICO now become a shitcoin, maybe i need to HOLD it for 1-2 years.

I got ethereum at the first was from signature campaign as the reward, but in the form of certain token then I exchanged it into eth. until now, I use eth for long term investment and trading. I think long term investment is potential rather than trading. moreover the price of eth now is increasing.
I am keeping my ETH into the wallet to top up the same. As I keep receiving the token from various bounties then I do need them as fees so that I can transfer the tokens to various exchangers and different wallets. Thats the primary use I see for myself.
Secondly it is primary coin in my investment portfolio of an altcoins! So im holding it for the purpose of holding long terms. Obviously we can see that ETH's journey had been great since 300 USD to 1200 USD in blink of an eye. So keeping in that mind im holding it for another jackpot too.

Long term, will hold for at least 3+ years. Great innovation.
Presently, i find it difficult to hold Ethereum because of its undulating nature. Notwithstanding, i still hold some in my wallet, because i believe Ethereum is a coin with great prospects. Sometimes, i use it in trading and invest in very few ICO that i am sure are good to an extent for investments. I also use it for gas fee, mist especially in transferring tokens that are ERC20 based.
Really there are real world usage now for ETH now aside from trading?

I am using ETH to pay transactions fees and trading on exchanges. To buy tokens and pay fees on Forkdelta you need to have ETH not depending on the network difficulty.
